From the moment we walked into the beautiful, spotless office, the front reception employees, the 3 D imaging X- ray, to our coordinator, “Honor”. Dr. Alkan performed a thorough examination on both my partner and myself as Honor was dictating notes. He explained every aspect and detailed steps of the treatment plan. Honor was very upfront and gave us a complete breakdown of the work needed and the costs. He asked us what our expectations were, which no other dental office did. And, most importantly, “he did not try to sell us on their service” This office is extremely professional. Every employee interaction was excellent and all of our expectations were exceeded. It was indeed impeccable service from our initial consultation to the final visit. VIP service throughout including door-to-door transfers, A-Dent could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us. It’s been six weeks since I had 16 extractions and 12 implants placed using the guided implant system and have been delighted how things have gone. I’ve been happy with my choice of clinic and roll on 5 months when I return for my final zirconia crowns. Highly recommended.
