All-on-4 Dental Implants Antalya

After looking into implant surgery in Mexico, Costa Rica and Turkey, I narrowed it down to Perla located in Antalya. I spoke to dozens of Coordinators from all over the world and I can honestly say that my choice was due to the prompt, efficient and informative service I received even before arriving in Turkey. My Coordinator was incredibly accommodating, always got back to me, and built a rapport with me where I felt I could put all of my trust into Perla for my treatment. As a US citizen and nurse, I was skeptical, at first, to go to another country for my dental work, but am so grateful I did. Everything from the drivers who provided the transportation from the airport and to and from the clinic, the in-person consultation, the treatment plan and the communication were second to none and my Coordinator was there through it all. I had a total dental makeover which included 14 extractions and 12 implants just a month ago and will be returning for my permanent teeth, a total of 24 zirconium crowns, in just a few months. My surgery took about 5 hours and they do offer sedation or general anesthesia. I opted for sedation as I have severe dental phobia. They called in a nurse anesthetist for the following day after my initial in-person consultation who made me feel completely as ease and I remember nothing about the surgery. The cost was about $10,500, significantly less than the $80,000 I was quoted here in the US. The cost also included hotel accommodations for both trips and all transportation. Additionally, Perla only required partial payment upon my first appointment, in person, and the remainder upon completion when I return. Whereas, most clinics wanted payment before I even boarded the plane. My Coordinator made all of the arrangements for airport pick up and hotel accommodations for my aunt and I who was coming with me for support and was available at all times throughout my stay. They allowed my aunt to be in the room with me until I was asleep and then invited her to their incredible staff lunch while my surgery was being performed...just simply amazing. The surgeon chose to give me fixed temporary teeth while in the healing stage for the next few months. The picture shows my temporaries fixed to 4 of the 7 top implants and 2 of the bottom 5 implants. The spaces shown in the after picture will have teeth once I return for the permanent. I give Perla a 5 out 5 for giving me a smile I am so incredibly proud to have with even just my temporary teeth and recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, safe and exceptional dental care.

Honestly, it was the best decision I made. Honor sorted everything for me, hotel, transfers, even helped with flights and stuff. He kept checking if I’m okay and explained everything really simple. Such a nice guy, proper helpful. The clinic was super clean and modern. Dr. Alkan was amazing, really calm and gentle. The girls at the clinic was lovely too, always smiling and made me feel safe. I had implants and crowns done, thought it gonna hurt a lot but actually it wasn’t that bad. Now I can smile again and feel like myself. If you thinking of doing your teeth, just go for it. They take care of you from start to finish. No regrets at all.

My treatment has been second to none. The excellence in communication and treatment has been perfect. I chose this clinic because of its personal atmosphere and not its advertising. You are completely at ease from the first communication to follow up after treatment. I do not speak Turkish, but this was not a problem; Tulay has excellent knowledge and speaks fluently. I will use this clinic on my regular visits to Lara Beach. I fully recommend.

On the advice of friends, I decided to go to the Ortho Dent clinic in Antalya. At the very first appointment with the doctor (all the staff speaks English, which is very important), I realized that I was in a solid clinic (the atmosphere, the interior, the level of the consultation clearly showed the seriousness of this clinic). I have a lot of experience with such doctors and I understand that you will have to pay for all this (listed above). After carrying out all the diagnostics (it took no more than an hour), I was billed for the elimination of my problems in my mouth, and there were quite a few of them (there are filling, brushing teeth, problems with the bone in need of planting of collagen and implantation - in general, a complete bouquet). But, I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing - they were very affordable compared to other clinics. Within one week they did a huge amount of work for me and put me on hold for 3 months. Arriving back at the appointed time already within a week, all work on the installation of implants was completed. The next morning there was no even sensation of foreign bodies in the mouth (I am very sensitive to such changes). I was very impressed by the filigree work of the doctor on the final adjustment of a balanced bite. Frankly speaking, I am very pleased with the price-quality balance. Attitude, as to a person who has been known for 100 years. The atmosphere is pleasant, the doctors know their work and love it, and this does not go unnoticed. The staff is very polite. I do recommend this clinic.

I had my full dental treatment done at Beyazada clinic. The experience and treatment were phenomenal. I have my care coordinator who takes care of all your worries, enquiries, issues and concerns from the very first contact till the end of my treatment. I was looked after and I received a fantastic treatment with reasonable price. The dentists are very experienced and professional. I went to Kotul in 2025 and had crowns all round, with two bridges and an implant. Returned this year for a check-up and clean while on my Hols. Fantastic service from Monty and his staff from start to finish, and I feel 1000 per cent better for it . I highly recommend dealing with them if you are after cosmetic dentistry.

I have recently completed the second part of my treatment with A-dent and can wholeheartedly say, I am absolutely over the moon with the results. Also, with all the staff for their support throughout. I had all on 6 for both my upper and lower jaw with my first part of my treatment starting in January and have just completed the second part of my treatment 16th May 2025. After an X-ray and dental examination it was obvious that my case was extremely complex. I had teeth extracted, bone graft and sinus lift, implants and crowns it was completely painless the whole experience was so smooth from start to finish each and every doctor that was part of my treatment was just amazing they have a really amazing team they are passionate about what they do and this shines through with the work they produce . I returned six months later as implants need time to heal and fuse. My treatment was completed on my second visit and I could not be happier with the final results. Just been and got my teeth done in Antalya from Scotland. We got in touch with a few different dental clinics in the area and decided on AcarDent because of their great reviews and mostly because of the prompt help and responses we got straight away from them. After initially getting in touch to ask about the treatments, prices etc, we didn't look any further because the service we got from the very start with Emre was first class. He answered and helped with every one of our queries quickly and efficiently and put us at ease straight away. It was planned months in advance and we were helped every step of the way by Emre. I work in Sales myself and I know from experience that not everything is about the money side of things. We had slightly cheaper quotes, yes, but the service wasn't there with the other clinics, and I am a big believer in having the peace of mind that comes along with having good service. It also helped that the price was very much within our budget, too! We arrived in Turkey on the 13th November, picked up at the airport by one of their drivers (who were always on time throughout) and taken to our hotel to check in and chill for that night. Picked up the following morning and taken to the clinic, where we met everyone, who couldn't be nicer. I was taken for an x-ray, then we went through plans and designs etc, not long after that, I was in the chair and the treatment had started! It took about 2 hours for my whole mouth to be prepped and then I was on my way back to the hotel with my temporary set. Went back the next day to get the impressions done and rehearsal teeth fitted to judge shape and bite etc, and then back again a couple of days later for final fitting. Turns out they were brighter than I expected, so the doctor happily sent them back to the lab to be made a shade darker. Came back 2 days later for final fit and they turned out amazing. I have hated my teeth all my life and always been very self conscious about them, so this was a big thing for me. Can (Dr Acar) is a perfectionist and isn't happy unless everything is absolutely spot on. Doing this everyday means he can see the imperfections that we can't, and makes all the adjustments necessary for your perfect smile. I used to have a very severe underbite too, but Can took that into consideration and made the teeth so that my top teeth came forward and completely closed the gap and I have a perfect bite now! That alone has been a massive difference for me and I can't thank you enough, you have already changed my life! A big thank you to Emre for the excellent help and communication pre-treatment. A big thank you to Ugur for all the organising done behind the scenes, he is constantly juggling a lot to make things run smoothly. A huge thank you to Umut for your paitience and translating, and your thoughts and your help with everything through the whole experience and putting us at ease.
