I recommend IVAN DENTAL! The place is amazing. I did all-on-4, and it was a great experience, no pain to speak about, and I have a beautiful smile now. Doctor Ivan is knowledgeable and experienced, answering all questions and explaining everything. All assistants were nice and helpful. They treat you like family. And the organisation of all of it is great: one is picked up at the airport and left at the hotel, everything on time, not a minute delay. Thanks to Brianda, the most kind, thoughtful and beautiful patient coordinator – they take care of you every step of the way. If you go there, you’ll be in good hands and meet with sincere kindness and professionalism.

I have been researching dental implants for quite some time now. I was looking for price affordability, quality of materials, expertise and the risk of doing a full mouth implant for myself. This is to replace my partial denture and several loose teeth, which are very uncomfortable as of late. I looked into local oral surgery offices in and around Houston, Texas, and abroad (Turkey, the Philippines and Mexico). The cost is high and I’m very much priced out of the quote I was given in Houston. I chose Algodones, Mexico for its short flight from where I am. Two to three hours from Houston, and about 18 hours less for flights to Turkey or the Philippines. I’m originally from the Philippines, but my thought process is to have a quick flight in case I need an emergency remedy for my implants; thus, Mexico was my final choice. I spent hours texting and talking to different clinics in Algodones, Mexico, comparing prices in connection to the services and materials included in the package they offered. And from my research came one clinic that I thought had the highest quality of implant with an affordable package for a full mouth procedure. Varto Oral Surgery quoted me less than $20K in September 2025 with “all on four” on upper and lower implants using Straumann and Zirconia permanent teeth. The packages also include bone graft, dental extractions, ct scan, sedation, hotel accommodation and airport pickup to and from the hotel/airport. Dr. Roberto Vargas and his team worked on my procedure with ease and reassuring calmness as if they’ve done this kind of surgery a million times. I was awake when they cleaned my existing teeth. After that, I got sedated, and when I woke up, all my old teeth were extracted, and 8 implants were already embedded into my jaw. I felt only a little discomfort on my gums. The next morning, I was fitted with the temporary teeth and by noon, I was on the observation phase with almost no swelling. Varto clinic provided me, free of charge, medications for two weeks. As I write this review, it’s been 4 weeks since my procedure. I have no more swelling, no pain on my gums, and no bleeding. Chewing a food that is comparable to boiled broccoli is still getting used to but with careful processing, it is manageable. My next appointment for permanent Zirconia teeth fitting is in February, and it seems my healing is progressing so fast that I can be back before the allocated 4 months healing period. This is thanks to the meticulous and careful procedure by Varto Oral Surgery!

North Dental is very pleasant to work with and very easy to access from the border crossing. The staff there have been very friendly and caring. Had all on four started in September. Finished my final appointment for placement and January. I absolutely love my new smile.

Both my wife and I had dental work done and are very satisfied with the results. Clean, quality workmanship, pleasant, safe, and affordable. We highly recommend Unik Dental. We both received the best pain management we have ever had, no pain at all during treatment. Great care was taken to assure a proper fit of crowns and the bridge installed. Dr. Ruiz patiently worked to adjust my crowns to have a correct bite, Dr. Giraldo did my wife's bridge and he took great care to assure it was the correct fit and created a natural look. I had three zirconium crowns done; one was a replacement of a ceramic crown that another dentist (in the USA) installed that had cracked in less than one year, the second was a 40-year-old gold crown that was worn out, the third was a decayed tooth. My wife had a missing tooth and Dr. Giraldo explained the implant vs bridge options very clearly. The option we chose was to replace the tooth with a 3 tooth zirconium bridge.

Treatment for the work done was great, if done in Tucson/Phoenix are you are looking into spending lots $$$$$$$$ here at Proesthectic Dental Clinic they are great prices Dentis Juan R. Rendon is a true professional and his Assistant Eddie too. They are caring and dedicated to the Dentistry community. The trip is relaxing for me coming from Tucson to Los Algodones BC. The work done would of taken months even years to do

Beyond the dental work, the atmosphere here is fantastic. His wife, Dulce, runs the front desk and is a total gem. While I was getting my work done, she made my wife, Sonya, feel so welcome and comfortable. She never made us feel like we were taking up space, and the great conversations Sonya had with her made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a practice that combines this level of professional skill with such a kind and personal touch. We are so grateful for Dr. Bryan and Dulce!

Dr. Yilka Gomez did an amazing job on my implants, bridge and the capping of a bicuspids. Dr. Gomez works hard and is determined to make sure her patients are satisfied with their finished product. It is so wonderful to have a fully operational mouth again - eating is so much more enjoyable! My teeth look great and I am very happy with the results. The office, in general, is very responsive, works hard and does its absolute best to make sure one walks away very happy. Jesus, Dr. Gomez's assistant, was amazing - warm, sincere, patient and very helpful at putting one at ease, and answering many questions and/or concerns, etc. Thank you, Dr Gomez. Thank you Jesus

I am so happy with my new gold dental bridge! I am an ordinary man, but I felt like royalty by the way I was treated by the staff at White Dental Clinica. The procedure cost me only a fraction of what I would have had to pay in Virginia. I went to Los Algodones on the spur of the moment. My old porcelain bridge, installed by a dentist in Salem, VA, broke while I had only one week of vacation left before returning to work. This happened on a Friday Night, and I knew it would take weeks before I could get a dental appointment here in VA, and perhaps a couple of weeks longer before I could get a new bridge. I call White Dental on Saturday, and they told me I could come in on Monday so I booked a flight to Yuma, AZ. Brian and Lupita met me at the airport, and took me across the border, directly to the dental office on Monday afternoon. It was the cleanest and most modern looking dental office I had ever seen. Dr. Matus treated me in a most professional manner. He removed the broken bridge, and took more time with me than any dentist ever had here in the US. He carefully explained the procedure to me, and then, made an impression for the bridge. He told me that a bridge could usually be installed the next day , but since I wanted a gold bridge (I was really tired of my porcelain teeth cracking and breaking.) he told me that the bridge would be ready on Wednesday. I was amazed at how fast I could get this done as it would have probably taken weeks in Virginia. Brian was absolutely wonderful to me. He took me to find a very reasonably priced hotel that was nice, and near the dental office. He picked me up both mornings I was there and took me to the dental office. (Dr. Matus checked my teeth again on Tuesday, and did a great job of filling and re-constructing a molar.) Brian and Valeria invited me to go riding around with them on Tuesday which was a delightful experience. Brian took me to an optometrist for an eye exam and new glasses. He took me to Lupita's restaurant where I was treated to delicious food, free of charge. On Wednesday Dr. Matus installed my new bridge which I really like a lot. Brian had me wait comfortably in the office reception room while his brother waited in line in the SUV to get near the border crossing. Then Valeria an Brian took me back to Yuma, AZ. I had the most wonderful, and surreal experience in Los Algodones. Everyone at White dentist was so professional and kind to me. They really went out of their way to make my stay in Los Algodones truly memorable. While I was there I felt like I was in a dream because I had never been treated like that before. I am hoping to make it back there in December for routine teeth cleaning. I highly recommend White Dental Clinica Dental to everyone. I cannot imagine being treated so well anywhere else.

I was looking for clinic in Los Algodones that would repair a broken crown...other large dental clinics wanted to redo 5 crowns, which did not need it. Dr Sephanie Corona did incredible work so that my beautiful smile has been restored. She gave me the choices rather than pushing a high-cost set of treatments. Outstanding, excellent dental clinic.

I went to South Dental and had 6 root canals and 26 crowns installed. Dr Gonzolas and his assistant did a good job with the root canals and Dr Rubi did a good job with the crowns. Zahid did an excellent job of coordinating the entire process.

I can’t possibly write enough good words about my experience with Three Smiles. I was a bit apprehensive of going to TJ for dental work in the first place, but the cost difference between the U.S. and 3 Smiles was astounding. I was in need of significant dental work. Five extractions, five implants, three root canals, all the caps and crowns and some fillings. By my third appointment, it felt like I was just going to visit with friends. As modern and professional as any U.S.dentist office. I hold them in such high regard that I have volunteered to meet and escort anyone across the border that might be nervous about going to TJ for dental work. Just give them a call and they will take care of everything else. I couldn’t be happier with Three Smiles. Plus the great smile I took home with me. Thanks again, you guys are great.

I met Dr Yareli Canizales in Nov of 2024 as I was having issues with my front bridge which was just over 30 years old. I immediately felt comfortable and at home with all the friendly staff. Dr. Yareli’s consult set me at ease, and we made an appointment for Jan 2025 as I live in Canada, and was coming down again for a longer stay. I had a new 8 tooth Bridge replaced and 2 root canals I never felt any pain! They were awesome! I just love my new smile! Thank you… see you again when I return.

My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle, she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone.
