I am German but live in New Zealand since 15 years. As I knew that dental care in New Zealand is bad I got all my teeth done before we left Germany. But now bridges began to fall out and I needed implants. I had three conventional implants in New Zealand done – it was a huge and long process with full anesthesia – I haven’t asked for this but this is how they do it. Also in New Zealand you need to go to two dentists – one that does the implants and another one that does the crowns and abutments. Problems with these implants started straight away – I was in massive pain from day 1 and struggled with ongoing infections and peri-implantitis and needed a gum graft on two of my implants because the gum disappeared and it was very painful. Now I was in need of more implants – as a four teeth bridge fell out. Due the bone loss and my bad experience I wasn’t suited for conventional implants anymore. I researched if there are other types of implants and found basal implants. After some research on Dr. Ihde’s work I came across Dr. Motiwala in India. I learnt that he was trained at one of Dr. Ihde’s clinics in Europe and that he also is a facial surgeon. It was a long process before I was able to come but the team was very helpful and supported me in every way and was always very quick to answer all of my questions. Even Dr. Motiwala spoke to me on the phone on a weekend to answer my questions. This sets the clinic apart from other clinics I had contacted with very slow response and not enough information for me. The treatment was very professional and I felt in safe hands all the time. Although I was a bit nervous because of my previous experience I am a really happy now that I came here. Dr. Motiwala is very exact and passionate in everything he does and tries to find the best solutions that work for you. I am very happy with the results and now one day after the zirconia crowns were fixed I don’t have any pain so this is very good. I will definitely come back when it’s time to get my other teeth done.

By far the most trustworthy dental practice that I have ever visited. I was suffering from chipped teeth and sensitivity, especially in my front teeth which were causing me problems not only in eating and drinking but also, started to affect my appearance. I visited a couple of renowned dentists in Delhi where I have advised crowns, veneers and smile designing. I wasn’t comfortable getting my already chipped teeth to be cut more for the treatment. I visited Dent ally after reading about them online and was amazed at their approach. The team here never even mentioned that i should get crowns and veneers considering my age and suggested correcting the problem at the root cause which was my bite. Dr. Shashi and Dr Tanmay put together a comprehensive treatment and explained it to me in detail. I am so happy that I decided to go in for this treatment here as I realized that without correcting the cause, just solving the issue temporarily was not the right way to go. Now, not only do I feel more confident but also feel very comfortable in my jaws and teeth.

So, researched a lot before finalising on Alux Dental, and came to know their chief doctor Dr. Asif Shaik is one of the best dental implantologists with over 8000 successful implants to his credit. When I visited them back in September realised how true it is. This clinic surprised me with a lot of things first of all what a clinic, such a lovely place and ambience, everyone is so friendly and caring and the doctors especially Dr. Asif and Dr Shazia. I came to know these guys are a couple and it shows how they complement each other professionally too. I had a few root canal treatments and my front four teeth which I lost because of an RTA were beautifully restored by Dr Asif, needed grafts as I had severe bone damage due to the accident but I am so pleased with the results these implants look so natural and feel so good. I have only one word about this clinic “excellent”
