The whole experience from first contact through my temporary teeth has been awesome. Having an extensive medical history, I have experienced a lot of doctors, nurses etc. The respectful, friendly, truly compassionate staff including. Dr. Urzola, Cristina, Beatriz and staff were beyond what I could have ever expected. Researching such an extensive treatment was daunting at best. (a lot of information, prices procedures etc.)  Dr. Urzola personally reached out to me upon reviewing my x-rays and gave me a clear and concise treatment plan. Cristina (patient coordinator) went well beyond expectations to make me feel comfortable in all the details of accommodations, air travel, hotels etc. I am so appreciative of my all on 6 treatment.  It makes me emotional thinking of the truly caring, friendly team Dr. Urzola and staff has provided me with a long-term solution that is beyond dollars and the treatment offered by dentists in the US. Sidenote: Upon arriving for my first appointment a patient of Dr. Urzola approached me, showed me his teeth and bragged about what a positive experience he had. (I am one of those guys too) I Had a question after I got home and called their office, Dr. Urzola personally answered my call and had the answer immediately.

Hi, my name is Janene. I just wanted to share my experience with Clear Choice. I have always been scared and nervous just thinking about going to the dentist. I even waited over 10 years to see a dentist at all. REALLY BAD IDEA! Bye that time I was in so much pain and my teeth were just braking off one by one. So I needed to do a full mouth registration. I’m from California and don’t have great health insurance and with all of the damage that had been done to my teeth, they told me that I had to get dentures as I am only 41 years old that did not seem to be an option for me so I looked abroad was very scared to go out of the country but Gabriel made it very pleasant easy and took care of everything anytime I called. He got back to me within a minute Great communication overall wonderful as a person the doctor was great very patient with me if I ever needed anything he was right on it as well. Anything that I needed. If you are looking into it, I would definitely call Gabriel and he will arrange everything.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

From start to finish my experience with Costa Rica Dental Clinic Lab was wonderful! I was in need of a root canal and crown and the cost where I reside in the US was very high. My wife and I did some research and discovered CRDCL. I spoke with Geovanna about my situation and she was able to set appointments with the doctors despite my somewhat constrictive time constraints. I am very happy with all the work done. The root canal was successful and the crown fits perfectly with my other teeth. In addition, I was able to fill another cavity and get a deep cleaning with the hygienist. I love the flexibility and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone was super nice. Including all travel, accomodations and food the total cost came to a third of the price here in the US.

Dr. Josef Cordero and his wife, Dr. Telma Rubinstein, bring nearly half of century of experience to their dental practice. Their daughter, Dr. Nadine Cordero contributes unstoppable energy to the team. They are supported by other dedicated members, including Dr. Coraline Nunes, Dr. Roberto Hernandes and Dr. Alejandro Montero. What truly sets this team apart is their passion for their work, which goes beyond financial motivation. In our opinion, this is one of the best dental family businesses in the world. With modern equipment and dental lab inside what can be done in U.S. for years, in Dr. Cordero's office can be done in days with better quality and around a half of the U.S. crazy prices. My wife and I highly recommend them. Our review is based not only on our own opinion, but also on the options of other patients who we interacted with while getting treatment there for one week in April 2025.
