I have had my All-On-4 for a YEAR as of today! I waited to do the review because something as major/expensive / life-changing as an ALL-ON-4 isn't something that can honestly be reviewed after just a few days. I was born with Enamel Hypoplasia; that is, my adult teeth didn't have any enamel. I was told when I was a teenager that I would be wearing dentures by the time I was 25. I decided to do my best to take care of what I had - I brushed after every meal, I flossed, etc. My teeth lasted until I was 56! I tried several times to get my teeth fixed in the US (starting in 1989) and the price / procedure kept changing including the first time I started in 1989 and I had already paid the dentist over $5k (in 1989 $). Any how, I visited a few more dentists up here in Texas throughout the years and never got a good feeling for they were going to do for me (price was all the way to $100k with a WHOLE year of warranty). I first reached out to Goodness Dental in 2016 and they were very informative and had me send down a panoramic x-ray of my teeth. I was told that if my gums were in good shape (they are), they recommended an ALL-ON-4 and it would take two trips to Costa Rica 6 months apart. Covid19 finally allowed me the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica in December of 2020 - they yanked all my TEETH!!! For the first couple of days, I was thinking WTF did I just do. They screwed by bottom temporaries in and gave me a set of removeable upper CLOWN teeth (I only wore them for the minimum recommended 1 hour a day as I couldn't talk/chew with them). My family and I travelled back to Costa Rica in June/July 2021 for the permanent teeth. They told me for most it would take a couple of months to get used to it - since I was used to having no teeth for the previous 6 months, it only took me a few days. The procedure has been life changing as I finally have teeth that are super sensitive to things like lemons and other acidic fruits, I can chew without shifting food around from side to side in my mouth, etc. The only thing I would ding Goodness Dental for it there has been no follow-up since I left to see how was I adjusting to my new teeth. Since I haven't had any issues, this hasn't been a big deal to me - but I know others who need the follow up.

Everything about this experience was perfect. The facilities were clean, modern and everything u would expect. This experience was amazing. People were beyond professional. I would go back anytime.

After doing extensive research I decided to have my dental work done at Dr. Cavallini’s office in San Jose Costa Rica. My teeth were in terrible shape! I had many cavities, broken, chipped, three missing teeth and impounded wisdom teeth. My thoughts had been I would need all teeth pulled and either implants or false. After flying to their office from Cincinnati, Oh I received a full assessment of my problems and my case was assigned to Dr Mora. Dr Mora assured me he could give me a full-mouth restoration. I was there my first trip for a week. My wisdom teeth were pulled plus two others. Three implants were put in and all my remaining teeth were ground to receive crowns at a later date. Temporary uppers and lowers were put in place until I would return in around 4 months. On my return for the completion of the restoration, I would have 26 zirconium crowns fitted and placed. Only 2 original teeth were kept in place as they were. Please understand this! When my original teeth were ground to receive crowns at a later date I was left with nerve sensation. Today I have a full mouth of beautiful teeth. I can sense pressure when chewing, my tongue touching my teeth, a finger touching them and when I use my water pic I feel the water hitting them. Dr Mora and his assistant Laura were simply amazing. The whole experience was beyond words. In my words, I must say my teeth are an absolute miracle. I want to express my greatest of gratitude for for my results! Please don’t be afraid to change your life. All my work was done with local anaesthesia and my pain was very limited. My restoration has now been completed for 1 year. They function as if they were my original teeth. Before I end this I need to complement the whole staff and office. They are kind, caring and very professional. Trust me if you are going to Costa Rica for dental your choice should start and end with Dr Cavallini’s office! PS My dental was done for a fraction of US prices!

I recently had dental implants done at Costa Rica Dental Team with Dr. Jessica Mora, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The entire experience was excellent, from the initial consultation to the final placement of my implants. Dr. Mora is a highly skilled and experienced dentist, and she is also very friendly and approachable. I felt very confident in her care throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the entire procedure to me in detail, and she answered all of my questions patiently. The dental clinic itself is also very state-of-the-art, with all of the latest equipment and technology. The staff is also very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during all of my appointments. The cost of my dental implants was also very reasonable, especially compared to the cost of the same procedure in the United States. I was able to save a significant amount of money by having my implants done in Costa Rica. Overall, I had an awesome experience at Costa Rica Dental Team with Dr. Jessica Mora. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering dental implants.
