This clinic couldn`t be better named. It is clearly the best choice you will ever make when deciding on the surgeries and friendly, professional care that they offer. I needed dental implant surgeries that turned out to be very complicated and much too expensive in my country. What I received here was a top-notch, state-of-the-art dental clinic with compassionate, sincere, and very professional personnel at a cost that I could afford, at a fraction of the cost in my country. The surgeon made sure I felt at home and showed concern for my health, my comfort, and my satisfaction during every stage of the procedure. I felt respected and in the best hands one could find. As soon as I stumbled upon a review of their services I was certain it was what I needed. Every need and great care was given to me and my particular circumstances. Not speaking Spanish I would have been completely lost here without them. I was met at the airport past midnight, and driven to my accommodations which were modern, clean, very reasonably priced, and beautifully appointed. It felt like a home away from home. They took the time to bring all of my luggage up to the unit and spent some time reassuring me that they were there for me every step of the way and that I was not alone. In the 10 days that I spent here, I was never disappointed. I was brought to all of my clinic appointments, to the grocery store, the pharmacy, and anywhere I wanted or needed to go. I had a personal liaison, interpreter, guide, and friend who took my best interests to heart. If I was being overcharged somewhere they negotiated or brought me to where I would be treated fairly. I never had to worry about a thing. The surgeries were painless. I was followed very closely every day by an amazing, painless implantologist/surgeon. I received additional therapies to help in my healing process by friendly professional nurses and technicians. Truthfully, I felt pampered in every sense of the word. If you or anyone you know needs dental or plastic surgery you will not find a better, friendlier, more professional service than what Clear Choice offers.

We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

This physician is amazing. My wife and I literally fly from Atlanta, Ga. To San Jose almost every time we have a dental issue. He may be the most knowledgeable and compassionate physician I have ever met. It’s also a great opportunity to take a vacation and explore the beautiful country of Costa Rica. The money you save on dental expenses will more than pay for an amazing vacation.

Dr. Oriana is extremely talented, skilled and knowledgeable. She is also the kindest, the considerate and caring dentist you will ever find. I am very grateful that I came to Costa Rica and was able to find her. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone. They performed an All on 6 with zirconium ceramic teeth. I could not have hoped for a better result.

Awesome service, felt like my hand was held the whole way. I was quite nervous to have 4 dental crowns put in, but the precision work was as painless as to be expected. Will absolutely be coming back!
