I went to this clinic with my husband, who was getting a full set of crowns. His end result was so bright and amazing that I felt embarrassed about the state of my own teeth. I was able to schedule a cleaning with their hygienist, and it was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. I was also able to have a professional whitening treatment for a fraction of the cost in the states. My husband and I are delighted with our new smiles. We highly recommend this clinic and plan to return for periodic checkups.

Dr. Josef Cordero and his wife, Dr. Telma Rubinstein, bring nearly half of century of experience to their dental practice. Their daughter, Dr. Nadine Cordero contributes unstoppable energy to the team. They are supported by other dedicated members, including Dr. Coraline Nunes, Dr. Roberto Hernandes and Dr. Alejandro Montero. What truly sets this team apart is their passion for their work, which goes beyond financial motivation. In our opinion, this is one of the best dental family businesses in the world. With modern equipment and dental lab inside what can be done in U.S. for years, in Dr. Cordero's office can be done in days with better quality and around a half of the U.S. crazy prices. My wife and I highly recommend them. Our review is based not only on our own opinion, but also on the options of other patients who we interacted with while getting treatment there for one week in April 2025.

I had a bridge on my six upper teeth for 41 years, and when it broke, I had to decide between wearing a denture or getting dental implants. I received estimates in the United States that were more than double the cost quoted by the dental team in Costa Rica. After researching their company online, I decided to make the trip, and I’m so glad I did. The quality of care and professionalism I experienced in Costa Rica exceeded my expectations. The team was incredibly skilled, friendly, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. The results have been fantastic—my new implants feel and look great. I couldn’t be happier with my decision and highly recommend this dental team to anyone considering similar treatments.

This facility was a referral from a family member. My husband had his full upper/lower implants 4 years ago. Now, last year (2025) was my turn. Consultation went better than I imagined. I thought I would have needed bone added. Didn't need!!! Then all my teeth that were left were extracted. They knock you out for this--- the only way to have this done. Implants were placed along with temporary teeth that day. You never leave the facility without teeth. Long story short---absolutely, and I mean absolutely, NO PAIN!!
