The treatments from Dr. Coto and Dr. Adriana were done with professionalism and I can give them a good recommendation based upon my experience. They were very accommodating with scheduling and speed of service. Above all their pricing was extremely fair and I was happy. I scheduled this appointment to address what I thought would be major problems since I had not gone to the dentist in 26 years. My childhood memories had me terrified of the dentist. Anyway, they did an evaluation and came up with a treatment plan that was far less work than what I expected so I was very pleased. Dr. Coto was very honest in what I needed and told me that I did not need the services that I had told him I needed. They completed the work quick and efficiently and did a good job at making me feel comfortable in the chair.

I would highly recommend Costa Rica Dental Services. The doctor was very friendly and forthright with his treatment plan and cost.

15 - 20 mins waiting time (not bad). Simple, straight forward and accurate with the panoramic x ray. (in 3 minutes!) Received a print out and e mail of the x ray. Fee was reasonable. Overall was prompt and well processed and friendly. No complaints!!

I have found the entire team at Costa Rica Dental Team to be knowledgeable and friendly, and experienced in all of their products and services. They provide a much needed service at a very affordable price, but then make it even better with great customer service, including follow-ups after your treatment. The fact that the dentists and staff speak both English and Spanish was a huge selling point for me.

I can't say enough about Dr. Gonzalez and her team. It's been three months since I completed my permanent full upper (all on six implants) to replace removable dentures I had made in the United States. The palate portion of the removable dentures were a huge obstacle to eating for more than a year. Normal foods were difficult to eat, and taste was very much diminished. The use of adhesives was another reason I began my search for a prosthodontics specialist. Beginning in December 2014 and ending September 2015, I made three trips to Costa Rica. The first trip required a painless extraction and placement of three titanium implants in my lower arch. Unlike U.S. dentists, Dr. Gonzalez anticipates and prescribes pain medication in advance of procedures. On my second trip, I had six more implants placed in my upper arch, and spent two weeks in Jaco on the Pacific side. I could have had all the work completed on this trip, but decided to let the nine implants integrate with the bone for a few months. The integration went well, and the work was completed in September 2015. Being able to eat normally and enjoy food again has been a blessing. In terms of the cost associated with having the work done in the United States vs Costa Rica, my costs were 50 cents on the dollar, and that included my travel expenses. There may be a few Asian countries that are somewhat less, but the travel expenses are higher. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with respect. Questions and treatment plans are answered and explained. These are experienced and well educated professionals who go the extra mile for the client. I sincerely believe they are some of the best.

The treatment went very well. I am totally pleased.the quality of the replacement teeth were excellent. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful to all my needs. I highly recommend this clinic.
