I couldn’t thank enough Aktif Hospital Dr Ümran, Monica, Salina and all the hospital staff from the nurses to the security and driver, they were all amazing, so reassuring and lovely. Monica thank you personally for holding my hand through it all and reassuring me, going above and beyond anything I ever needed to be done again. I had been thinking about having a tummy tuck for the past 18 years, and in March 2025, I finally reached out to his team. I was a little nervous, but from the moment I landed at Istanbul Airport, everything flowed seamlessly. The pickup, hotel check-in, and meeting with the amazing Ece made me feel safe and cared for. She helped guide me through the pre-op process, including blood tests. The next day was my surgery. I was nervous, but meeting Dr. Bali beforehand and feeling his warm, calming presence immediately put me at ease. After the surgery, I was cared for by a wonderful nurse named Ilayda, who sat by my bedside, helped me get up for the first time, and supported me every step of the way. The nurses at the hospital were all so kind and attentive. The hotel I stayed in felt like pure luxury. I highly recommend Dr. Bali and his team. 4 months passed after my breast surgery so far so good. The first touch was very easy to follow and you can get all the information you need. Deposit payment was easy too. The organisation went very smooth. They got me to the airport and then to the hotel. Doctor consultation was very exciting and fun. Aftercare is going good so far. My breasts are looking fantastic but they said it takes one full year for full recovery so I am waiting. Very reputable company.

From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Everything went perfectly! I was so surprised by the food at the hospital; I’ve never had better in a clinic! I am incredibly grateful for my entire experience with Setur Health for my hair transplant. I received everything they promised—and more! Such welcoming people, so professional—just PERFECT!
