Had an upper lid blepharoplasty at this clinic last year. Results have been great although the doctor I had is no longer with the clinic. Surgery was done at a local hospital. No complications - I was actually so relaxed I basically fell asleep during the surgery. Front desk staff is amazing. Am considering going back in a couple months.

I visited the clinic in October 2023 and had a consultation and treatment with Dr Laura Salvador. She could not have been more friendly and reassuring throughout treatment and thanks to her amazing expertise. I was overjoyed with the results. If you are reading this review you are in the same situation I was once upon a time! To decide on where to do one of the biggest and most life-changing surgeries in your life, vaginoplasty! I was in your position once and read about doctors and looked at the results! But as important is the recovery! They are not pushing you into choosing the Im Clinic, they rather want you to make an informed decision for what's best for you! I am now 4 months post-op, and I have never been happier! My result has become pretty much as the pictures shown on the website (just a bit more swollen, but this will go down)! The dilation schedule is very easy with 3 dilations daily the first month, then 2 dilations daily the next 2 months and once a day for the next 3 months! I can share that I have started physiotherapy and she was amazed at how natural it looked and how natural it also felt! She has worked 30 years helping women with a tight private part and she could not feel the difference between me and a cis-female! I have never been happier! Dr Labanca and the amazing patient coordinator Rosa have changed my life in ways I never thought possible! They truly are angels in my eyes, for me the impossible has become possible! I can feel like myself after a bit more than 20 years of living in the wrong body! Remember this is not an easy surgery to recover from, so to have a secure network like the Im gender medical team around at my disposal has been crucial for my recovery!
