How is Breast Implant Surgery done?

Breast Implant Surgery is performed either by a fat transfer procedure to increase the volume of breasts or by making incisions and inserting silicone gel or saline filled implants to increase the size of breasts. I had blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) done here because they were affordable and also located in the same city as me (Barcelona). For the money I paid, I think they did an excellent job. I’m very happy and considering having some more work done at this clinic. I’ve already recommended them to a friend of mine. From the very beginning, they were clear about what I’d be paying and we stuck to this price. There were no hidden costs. Although the clinic was small, it was well-equipped and run by friendly staff. The doctors were professionals and my surgery went off without any complications. When I went for the follow-up, the doctor saw me immediately. He was very satisfied with the results. My very first cosmetic surgery was such a pleasant experience. They met every expectation. The best clinic in the world. From the first email and contact I got with the clinic, I knew I found the right doctor and clinic to help me to come out from a nightmare I was in. I had a BBL with implants a long time ago that was really badly done. Today it’s 2 weeks from my BBL and change of implants operation with Dr Aslani. I’m speechless, everything is perfect and I’m starting to smile again. Dr Aslani is a miracle worker he helped me from a situation I don’t think no one else in the world could help me with. All the staff at Cirumed are so welcoming, wonderful, kind and helpful. They made me feel so safe and comfortable. There aren’t any words that are worthy Dr Aslani and his staff.
