Been coming to Julia for years for treatments and would highly recommend her clinic. She knows her stuff and is extremely passionate about what she does. I recently had a softwave and have seen a massive improvement in my neck, and it has lifted my hooded eyelids. Julia and Viki made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my treatment. I always have the best experience when attending Dr Bong’s clinic. I was apprehensive about attending my first appointment, although I had researched and understood his qualifications I was nervous. He took time to understand what I thought I needed to improve and sublimely changed my mindset, he does know best, and I actually didn’t need everything I thought I did. I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

I am 64 and just felt I looked ‘old’ I had Dermer rolling and then dermal fillers. I am thrilled with the results after one day and I know it will be even better after a week. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.
