From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. I am from the UK and I had my gastric sleeve in December 2019. I was very nervous but was put to ease straight away when I spoke to my surgeon Dr Kaplan Bahar. I had various health issues and was honest from the get-go. My wonderful doctor reassured me that they knew about these conditions that I had and they had the experience and expertise to deal with my concerns and conditions.
