I received counselling from HelpLink and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was so pleasant and the staff are so approachable. Great to know that they are always there when we need help and some self-care.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.

Bernie was absolutely brilliant for me. From day one Bernie was very insightful and immediately understood the issues that I needed to deal with. My stress of having psychological treatment was no longer there as I had free interview with Dr. Wafaa Yedisu before starting my sessions. I had clear information and diagnosis about what my imbalance about and what kind of methods will by applying during my sessions. All was clear and simple. From the first session, I had improved. It was fun and easy to apply. Very comfortable system.

My GP suggested that I should get CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) for my OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). I have to admit that I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I found OPAL on the What Clinic site through an Internet search. I was put in contact with Ray James and he explained the concept of CBT so well that I felt re-assured. I had eight sessions in total and Ray helped me so much during these. I learnt effective coping strategies and he helped me to confront my OCD. I can now manage this and live life more fully. I have no hesitation in recommending Ray as a first class therapist.

We are using Leigh-Anne to help with an affair. She is very softly spoken and polite and definitely knows what she is talking about.

We saw Dr. Mircea Zgardau for couples therapy. In the first session he helped each of us to make some realisations. We both felt very positive about the experience and have booked another appointment.
