Central to my way of working is to create a safe, confidential and compassionate space where clients can begin a process of exploring aspects of their lives which are of concern to them. I have many years experience working with people in the area of mental health and wellbeing, including over four years working as a counsellor psychotherapist in Pieta House supporting people struggling with suicidal thoughts and engaging in deliberate self-harm.
