I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. It was a lot of work but I am in a much better place now thanks to Martina and the work that we put in. Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similar or feeling like everything is piling on top of them.

These include but are not limited to Humanistic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Gestalt therapy and Psychodynamic theory.

John transformed my life. I worked with John over a long period of time. When I met John, I was lost, trapped in a very unhappy, toxic and abusive relationship with no self-esteem. John has a very targeted approach to supporting you to heal and transform your life. He helped me put things in place so I could learn to live my life free from addiction and trauma. At the time, I was in a very bad situation and was overcome with addiction. Not only did he help me put the pieces of my life back together and teach me how to put one foot in front of the other. He taught me to flourish as a human being; he taught me my worth. Today I am 8 years clean and sober, and I work as a college teacher, which I absolutely love. I no longer look for approval from others or get myself into situations I shouldn't. John gave me my life back, and I will be forever grateful.
