Bereavement and Loss counseling. Arriving for my first consultation extremely anxious, not knowing what to expect. At this stage of my life, I had become very stressed and depressed. Rav allowed for this, he listened to a nervously explained and mixed up story of what was going on in my life and let me guide him through my experiences. His listening alone helped me. I wasn't alone anymore with this but his advice and guidance had more of an impact. He has helped me to get back to a normal daily life and I am now putting a new future together for me.

My treatment was to understand how I could get myself out of a bad place mentally. I was struggling to turn things around in my life. Mairead was very understanding, a great listener and helpful. Experience was great and would highly recommend Mairead to anyone. Really comforting environment, safe and be able to speak your mind.

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.

I was having a lot of anxiety related to my profession. Danny really helped me to control my anxieties and manage them on a day-to-day basis. I would highly recommend him to any friend that is looking for help related to anxiety. You will come away with plenty of techniques for managing on a daily basis. I was looking for a clinic that wasn't overwhelming and too far out of my way. During my visit, I found Danny quite approachable and very relatable. He is highly knowledgeable in the area I was seeking help with and left me with self-coping techniques.
