It was great to talk to Rachel. She put you at ease instantly and it felt natural and comfortable to speak things with her that you don't normally speak to people. She asked very good questions to strike your thoughts and help you gain insights into yourself and things. You might surprisingly see a part of you that you haven't seen before or you might interpret what happened in a more comforting and positive way, and therefore to help you heal and move on.

Cormac was excellent I would highly recommend him. My son had been vaping for over three years. After one session with Cormac he handed me the vape and hasn't used it since. Thank you, Cormac, great encouragement given. Miriam

I have made great decisions since I have gone to Brian Griffin. Unfortunately I have been unable to attend for a while but hope in the new year I can return (due to medical problems). Family have noted how I have changed and that has been for over a few weeks. So I can imagine if I was able to continue with Brian Griffin even if its next year it would be worth it I came to Brian Griffin with a lot of problems but he was able to evaluate where I was going. I know I do need to finish which I hope is in the New Year.

I've known her online work for a few months, and all the content has somehow helped me know myself better and the talks and subjects brought were valuable to initiate them with my therapist and guided my therapy sessions. The content is very didactic, and the written material, super well done, which indicates the same qualities on the writer. The only reason that kept me from knowing her in person is an oceanic distance.

I originally went to Renata due to relationship (attachment) issues and health anxiety in Winter 2021. I was initially expecting some help to get me through hard times, but it went far beyond my expectations. Over the course of 8 months (1 hour weekly sessions), Renata effectively triaged and treated the most severe issues (health anxiety) before using the same powerful tools to help me in life in general. Besides her deep knowledge, Renata is a brilliant listener, naturally fun and very easy to talk to. This makes for easy work even on daunting issues. I found it especially useful that she isn't afraid to give creative advice also, drawing on her deep experience in psychotherapy and even biology and philosophy to support more traditional techniques. Specifically we used CBT and schema tools. I'll always consider myself a work in progress, but I feel much less anxious, stronger and more at home in my own head than I have in years! Moreover, she has taught me the tools to maintain this and continually improve. It is honestly the best gift I could have given myself. I only wish I went years ago.

Called up as I have been having some concerns and wanted a full check-up and consultation about my heart, spoke to the receptionist and was guided to book my appointment on their website which I found very easy and convenient as I could choose the day and time that I wanted and I was really happy how clear their fees were. Dr Mo was so good and compassionate and took all the time to explain everything to me and address all my concerns. Since then I have moved from my old GP to Ellwood Clinic and I am really glad because they are always there to take my calls and I can get an appointment anytime.
