I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

I had a psychiatric consultation in the Centre recently, and I am very happy about the experience. Initially, I was apprehensive at the prospect of talking about my mental health problems to someone I had never met before, but Dr Mike Harris was very friendly, understanding and kind. It was a great relief to get diagnosed and to have treatment planned. Many thanks to Dr Harris, and to lovely Elisa in reception, who professionally and patiently managed my phone calls and appointment. The clinic is situated in a nice place, with a park nearby, a modern interior designed for patients` comfort and ease. I would definitely recommend the Clinic to anyone struggling with mental health. Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

Highly recommend Caroline. Wish we had of met sooner, very understanding and easy to speak to, understanding of our concerns. And an overall fast enough process my son has just got his school place and that is down to her. Very professional, won't find anywhere else to beat carolines prices either.

I would highly recommend Allan. It says on his website that he undertakes loads of extra training and I think that came across in our sessions. I felt like he was very flexible and chose the best way possible to help me deal with my problems. Having stopped sessions for now, I know his for is always open. Thanks very much Allan!

I had severe insomnia due to stress and could not figure it out how to overcome it. I've tried different medicines, however, nothing seemed to work. Then I went to Magda for consultation and she helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as well. She has taught me different techniques and tools which slowly helped to restore my sleep in a much healthier form. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.

Dr Gaal was professional and sorted out my ear immediately. It was easy to book an appointment and the appointment was quick. Highly recommended.

I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was made to feel at ease and found Maureen very easy to talk to. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. I hadn't expected a result so quickly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hypnotherapy to anyone. Delighted with today and looking forward to the next session now.

I would highly recommend Renata, her approach helped me back on my feet after a tough patch and I feel like a new, wiser, more awake person! I came to Renata after I had had other sessions with other counsellors/psychologist and I just didn't click with them. I had just had an experience in my life that left me overwhelmed and lost. After 6 months with Renata I was solidly back on my feet and I still check in now to look after my mental health. I leave all the interactions we have felt more aware and more motivated, I cry, I learn and I laugh in each session. Renata has a very gentle approach but she gets deep to the root of problems and offers valuable, practical solutions to work through them, I felt very supported in resolving my issues for myself! I would highly recommend to anyone who feels a bit lost and doesn't know where to start!
