I find Laura very easy to talk to and open up to. She's a great listener and not a bit judgmental. It wasn't an easy thing to admit to myself that I needed help, but I wish I had done it ages ago. She's very understanding and worked with me to help me through my dark time. I've since come through it but continue seeing Laura, as it's great to know that she is there. The clinic is in an ideal location for me and easily accessible. Great location, as I am also based close to the city center. Relaxing atmosphere.

Caroline is brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble even calling after hours. We can not thank her enough for the changes in our son who was deeply suicidal. Now we all see some hope. There is nothing out there for teenage boys on the spectrum no one understands their struggles. Amazing experience from the second we talked on the phone. We knew we had found someone who understood our son.

Rating from 16 Reviews His approach is oriented to achieving practical results and changing everyday life for the betterMichele, Ireland, 09 03 19

I contacted Marcello in March 2018 because I was dealing with a strong fear of flying and I was avoiding to take aeroplanes for 1 year (during which I worked with other professionals with no success). Four months after I started to fly again, and I took 5 flights before the end of the year. We worked a lot on the connections between fear and my life so that I learned a lot about how to manage myself in many difficult situations. I believe that Marcello has great talent as a psychotherapist. I liked a lot the fact that his approach is oriented to achieving practical results and changing everyday life for the better. Highly recommended!

Personal therapy is a way in which an individual can address any issue in their lives that is causing them distress. Each person, in their own unique way, has the potential to overcome their present difficulties. Working regularly with a trained therapist in a safe and non judgmental environment can provide a setting in which someone  can engage constructively with their struggle and discover a more creative way of living with less emotional baggage to hold them back.
CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy €70 - €90
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has been the most widely researched therapy. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that involves addressing a person’s problematic thinking styles and behaviors. It is based on the idea that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion), and how we act (behaviour) all interact together. Specifically, our thoughts determine our feelings and our behavior. Therefore, negative thoughts can cause us distress and result in problems. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps people to develop alternative viewpoints in order to tackle their problems. Developing alternative viewpoints is the cornerstone of the CBT principle that there is always more than one way of seeing things and therefore a person chooses their own viewpoint. This type of therapy has been found to be helpful in: AnxietyPanic attackDepressionAcrophobia and other phobiasSocial phobiasBulimiaObsessive compulsive disorderPost traumatic stress disorderStressRelationship problems When we change the way we think for the better, this in turn, contributes to how we view and react to situations around us. It also helps to bring new clarity of thought to help make better decisions for ourselves and others.

Treatment for Depression €10 - €50
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy focuses on the unconscious processes of the mind which influence all that we do. Each one of us has repressed into our unconscious, memories and feelings that were too painful to bear. This is where the roots of depression are to be found. These repressed experiences continue to exert a powerful but hidden influence on our lives. The power of the unconscious mind can be seen when we wish to change some aspect of our life but find we cannot, when we find ourselves repeating patterns of behaviour which ultimately lead to pain, or even when there seems to be a dull but constant ache in our heart from which we cannot escape.   In the practice of psychoanalytic psychotherapy, access to the unconscious is based on ‘free association’ which is defined as the process of speaking about the thoughts that chance across your mind during a session. As this happens, the client becomes more able to acknowledge and express feelings and ideas that have been deeply buried. By remembering and working through these buried experiences, the client can give new meaning to the pain and suffering of their lives thus moving to mental well-being.
