I gained confidence in myself and a reliefSusan, Ireland, 13 03 19

I found Sue to be very warm sympathetic and understanding towards my needs. The counseling room is peaceful and comfortable. Very professional but what really stood out was the fact she did not keep to the one-hour appointment. She just knew I had to talk so she let me talk and talk and cry. She gave me an insight into myself that no one ever had. Over the coming weeks, I gained confidence in myself and a relief. My heart was not as heavy as when I first met her. I now am on the road to recovery. I will call to Sue occasionally for a counseling session if I feel myself going downhill again. I would highly recommend her services.

Truly genuine and I felt real empathy at all times from himRory, Ireland, 17 08 20

In Q1 of 2020, I had multiple counselling sessions with Mr Aidan Lakes. I had previously been to two different counsellors over the years and I can genuinely say with all my heart that I got the most benefit from my talks with Aidan. I am always a little nervous when I go for counselling for the first time but Aidan very quickly made me feel at ease and created a non-judgemental environment to discuss any matters I was dealing with. Aidan is truly genuine and I felt real empathy at all times from him. Aidan is an excellent listener and he used his very keen emotional intelligence and counselling skills to help me process a lot of pain and issues I was dealing with. A number of months of passed since I have last talked with Aidan and I still find myself reverting back to the conversations we had to help process any matters I am dealing with on a day to day basis. I cannot recommend Aidan highly enough and I will be forever grateful for everything he has done for me. Thank you, Aidan.
