I am a qualified Chartered Psychologist offering evidence-based psychological/counselling services in the North East of England.  I specialise in working with depression, anxiety (panic attacks, worry, generalised anxiety, trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder and phobias), and sleep disorders including insomnia, nightmares and night time waking.  I pride myself on results and commitment to provide a professional and high quality service at all times. I offer face-to-face, Skype and Facetime sessions, as well as regular workshops and speaking at public events. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS), and offer a number of effective approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and CBT for insomnia (CBT-I), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focussed therapy, family therapy, as well as facilitating regular mindfulness meditation groups.

I am a friendly, warm hearted and professional hypno-psychotherapist working in the Warrington area of the UK. I help people to overcome their problems and specialise in anxiety disorders such as panic, fears and phobia's, generalised anxiety, stress management and confidence issues. My therapy  room is at the heart of Prestatyn, therefore easily accessible to clients from the surrounding areas of Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Gwynedd. It is easily accessible from Prestatyn Bus Station and Prestatyn Train Station. There is a free public car par within easy walking distance for most people and disabled parking closer to.  My therapy room is a private, relaxed and comfortable room within a Chiropractic Centre and a waiting room, public toilet and a drink of water are available when you arrive. Please announce yourself to the receptionist on arrival.  My room is up some stairs but a chair lift is available if necessary.
