We believe that no two people are exactly alike, which means treatments are tailored to the individual through a Humanistic Integrative Approach. Our therapists use evidence-based methods and are trained to a Master's level. We attend regular supervision in order maintain the highest standard of care.

Sex Therapy London - Richard Cruz MBACP (Accred), COSRT (Accred)

Sex Therapy London

London, UK
Sex Therapy London is now offering online appointments ONLY via Facetime, VSee and Zoom. Sex Therapy London is a comprehensive counselling, psychotherapy and psychosexual service for adults facing sexual and relationship concerns either as individuals or as part of a couple relationship. I see men and women of all nationalities and sexualities offering a space to talk freely about what are often very personal details about their intimate lives relating to sex and sexuality. Fundamentally I am a trained counsellor/psychotherapist and work with the whole gamut of the human psychological condition. I specialise in sex and relationships and more often than not psychosexual work is underpinned by attending to stress, anxiety, fear, depression and so on.
Anger Management up to $95
Psychotherapist Consultation up to $95
I hold initial consultations where, if you feel comfortable with me and what I have to offer including how I may be able to help you, we would agree to work together for a series of session, usually six to begin with. We would then review the work so far and, as often is the case, clients feel sufficiently supported enough to engage in further sessions. I always review with you to be sure that you are getting what you need and we end by mutual agreement or continue, its your choice. Therapy can be short and focused or long term, depending on the concerns. Psychosexual therapy is usually addressing an immediate problem that has recently occurred or began a long time previously. The initial focus is on the manifestation on the problem itself and with time, usually by helping you to look at your life history, connections can be made which are very useful in seeing perhaps how the concern began to take hold and cause the distress that it is causing today.

“There’s a crack in everything, that’s how the light gets in.” — Leonard Cohen It’s not always easy to ask for help. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin — and that’s okay. Therapy doesn’t ask you to have it all figured out. It offers a space where the noise can soften and something steadier can begin to take shape. Welcome to Crystallise Psychotherapy® — a calm, inclusive space for thoughtful, trauma-informed therapy. I’m Owen Smith (he/him), an accredited humanistic and integrative psychotherapist and CORU-registered social worker. I offer online and in-person therapy to adults across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, working with individuals, couples, and multi-partnered relationships. Clients come to therapy for many different reasons - relationship issues, anxiety, shame, grief, infidelity, identity questions, out of control or compulsive sexual behaviour (CSB), or a sense that something just isn’t quite right. You don’t need to arrive with it all figured out. You’re welcome just as you are. My approach is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed. I work relationally, with a focus on safety, emotional depth, and collaborative exploration. Whether you're navigating complex relationship dynamics, exploring parts of your identity, or working through something painful from the past, therapy can offer a steady and respectful space to begin loosening the weight of what’s been carried. Connecting Mindfully Counselling - Connecting Mindfully Counselling Dublin
When something in your life is not how you'd like it to be, or when you're looking for help and support for something that you're going through; perhaps a life event, a particular concern or maybe problems with relationships, at home, in school or at work. Maybe you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, frustration, fear, sadness or other emotions. Stress can be a part of this. Counselling can help you to better understand what might be going on for you and to find ways to effectively manage feelings, thoughts or worries. My experience is that clients come to counselling because they want something in their life to be different. I appreciate that it's often not easy to come to counselling. I welcome clients with warmth and openness and a non-judgemental listening ear. I am a Person-Centred Therapist and I use ACT, CBT and Choice Theory to help clients work through an issue or to help them shine a new light on an area of their life that is not currently how they would like it to be. Sometimes what we need is to be listened to and heard. Coming to see a therapist is a brave step towards getting support. Allowing yourself to talk about and express what you are experiencing might be what you need at this time. We often don't 'press pause' in our lives, and we often don't give ourselves the time or space to check in with ourselves. Individual Psychotherapy $106 - $142
Personal therapy is a way in which an individual can address any issue in their lives that is causing them distress. Each person, in their own unique way, has the potential to overcome their present difficulties. Working regularly with a trained therapist in a safe and non judgmental environment can provide a setting in which someone  can engage constructively with their struggle and discover a more creative way of living with less emotional baggage to hold them back.
CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy $83 - $106
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has been the most widely researched therapy. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that involves addressing a person’s problematic thinking styles and behaviors. It is based on the idea that how we think (cognition), how we feel (emotion), and how we act (behaviour) all interact together. Specifically, our thoughts determine our feelings and our behavior. Therefore, negative thoughts can cause us distress and result in problems. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps people to develop alternative viewpoints in order to tackle their problems. Developing alternative viewpoints is the cornerstone of the CBT principle that there is always more than one way of seeing things and therefore a person chooses their own viewpoint. This type of therapy has been found to be helpful in: AnxietyPanic attackDepressionAcrophobia and other phobiasSocial phobiasBulimiaObsessive compulsive disorderPost traumatic stress disorderStressRelationship problems When we change the way we think for the better, this in turn, contributes to how we view and react to situations around us. It also helps to bring new clarity of thought to help make better decisions for ourselves and others.

From start to finish she talked us through the processJennifer, Ireland, 20 04 21

My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.
