I had a psychiatric consultation in the Centre recently, and I am very happy about the experience. Initially, I was apprehensive at the prospect of talking about my mental health problems to someone I had never met before, but Dr Mike Harris was very friendly, understanding and kind. It was a great relief to get diagnosed and to have treatment planned. Many thanks to Dr Harris, and to lovely Elisa in reception, who professionally and patiently managed my phone calls and appointment. The clinic is situated in a nice place, with a park nearby, a modern interior designed for patients` comfort and ease. I would definitely recommend the Clinic to anyone struggling with mental health. I can't recommend this place enough! I had my ADHD assesment done here and the efficiency and professionalism is top notch!! I was waiting for an appointment at a different clinic for over 6 months and my GP referred me to Zak Powers instead. I got scheduled right away and had my appointment only a couple of days after contacting the clinic. The communication is excellent, same for the management. 10/10!
I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. This has been a godsend when NHS waiting times are too long to cope with an ENT problem for. I found the price extremely reasonable and to include the consultation, exams, and follow-up in the price is excellent.
The doctor was on time. The clinic was extremely clean. She was very professional, thorough and caring. Highly recommend. Only thing I can suggest is some kind of numbing agent because of the pain during the procedure afterwards everything went great.
