After years of struggle and too many episodes than I can count, I finally took the step agreed to therapy. I tried 3 different therapists until settling with Dr. Maria. She is an absolute gem! She managed to help me take control of my situation and her expertise shined through. W had many 'Aha' moments and breakthroughs. She also did something that I never experienced with any other therapist, she checked in with me throughout the course of our sessions to make sure we both felt that progress was being made. I felt we were on the same page consistently working towards the same goal. Highly recommended!

Wow, what can i say. We had a good 12 weeks of Therapy. I went in and though i didn't have anything, but Maria realy opened up my mind. Maria's way of asking questions, really helped me feel understood, and safe to explore difficult topics. It reached a point where i was dreading for the hour to be up. Excellent communication. Thank you sooo much! :)
