Our team of highly skilled Physiotherapists have been working for NHS and Private Sector in close liaison with GPs and Consultants and have been looking after the health of the community for last 15 years. We thoroughly evaluate, diagnose & treat conditions like low back pain, neck pain and tension headaches, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee and ankle pain; sports injuries, work  or whiplash accidents, arthritis and Post Fracture and Post-operative Surgery Rehabilitation. We advise on management of pain and use evidence-based techniques like Manual therapy, acupuncture, kinesio-taping, exercise program and rehabilitation and latest healing technologies like Shockwave therapy and Ultrasound to restore your health and function. Our Extended Scope Physiotherapist specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, diagnosing patient conditions and administering injections (cortisone and hyaluronic acid). Our Extended Scope Physiotherapist also refers for appropriate diagnosis i.e MRI, X-Rays and Ultrasound to Hampshire Clinic and Candover Clinic in Basingstoke ONLY. We are open Monday-Friday: 08.00-21.00 and Saturday: 09.00-17.00. We are recognized by all major Health Insurance Companies and also accept self-referrals

A variety of manual therapy and complimentary therapy treatments which ensure the patient is centred in our concerns. This patient centred approach allows a complete rehabilitation which optimal revives the patient.

This electric therapy can help with pain management - discuss it with our Physiotherapists.  Units are available for purchase and to hire after an initial assessment with the Physio.

Our physiotherapists focus first and foremost on resolving your pain, stabilising an injury or condition and keeping it from getting worse. Initial 1 hour assessment £69.00 includes treatment. Follow-ups £45 for 30 mins 9am - 6pm. £48.00 before 9 am and after 6pm and on Saturdays. It may be possible to treat some initial cases in 30 mins eg thumb sprain but please ask for details.

We do have a neurophysiotherapist available to treat stroke victims and patients with specific neurological need such as Parkinsons.

Wellbeing Natural Health Centre is a newly established holistic clinic which had its beginnings as Crouch End Natural Health Centre.
