Gait analysis is a method used to assess the way we walk and run. This is used to identify biomechanical abnormailities, and make you more effiecnet in your occupation or activity and become injury free. The reason why the way you walk can have a negative effect your body is through a number of reasons. One of the more common problems is that due to evolution and the develpoment of shoes our feet adapt differently in each individual, a simple analysis of the way that you walk can often shed light on the troubles that you have been having. Our Therapists are trained in using motion capture to analye what the problem is and how to effectivly treat the underlying cause. Gait analysis can also help in making you run more effectivly and reduce the load that goes through the body.
