We will also work with you to help you understand your problem and get you back to the activities you enjoy as quickly as possible. To acheive this we will use various techniques which help to reduce pain and restore normal movement. We will also give advice to prevent your problem recurring in future.

During your follow up session you will be asked how you have been since the first session, re-assessed and given further treatment if required. If you require referral to an MRI unit or another specialist then that can be arranged.
