Post-Op Rehabilitation England

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.

After suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck which was causing great pain and badly affecting my mobility, I was able to get an appointment at short notice with BA Physiotherapy. Leanne there was amazing. She listened and understood, reassured and explained what had happened, treated the affected area in my neck and shoulder and advised me on exercises to do. I felt so much better afterwards and am on the road to recovery. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend Andrea and the team. Very professional all round and are all very experienced physiotherapists with years of experience. I also thought that the charge for my consultation was really reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and convenient appointment. Thorough diagnosis of foot pain which made perfect sense. Half an hour of massage and manipulation which eased and loosened the joint. Recommended arch supports and suggested a follow-up appointment in a week.

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.

Fantastic service. Tim has a range of tools to treat any given condition, making this much more than a run of the mill physio appointment. Six treatments got me back on my feet and my pain and discomfort gone. Very highly recommend.

This is an incredible physiotherapy clinic! Elle helped me get back to running quicker than anyone has managed before following my runner's knee injury. I would 100% recommend it.
