Ear Candling from €40
45 minutes Believing that fire expels negativity, the Hopi Indians of Arizona, burned various herbs to heal! A herb and bees wax tube is lit,and carefully inserted into the ear canal. Steam is released and along with heat a soothing "chimney effect" is caused boosting the herb aroma's. Lie back and allow this treatment to slowly melt away stress & strain of modern living.A free mini Holistic facial, boosts lymphatic drainage once this treatment is complete.Working on upper respiratory issues this is great for the ear, nose & throat!

60 minutes Reiki is a hands on energy healing system used throughout the world to treat  all manner of problems. Leaving all clothing, on life force energy is channeled through to connect the mind,body & spirit. Locating the energy center's of the body (chakras) Reiki eliminates blockages  to allow the recipient to move forward with their lives in a positive way.People feel a shift in energy resulting in a knock-on effect to all aspects of their lives.

"Treat the feet to heal the body!" Using the feet as maps of the body, various reflex points are manipulated & massaged to boost energy and reduce toxins in the entire body! 45 minutes Handed down through the generations in India, this massage was used to celebrate all manner of occasions. Arriving to our shores in the '70's, it's now highly effective in combating stress. Sitting in a chair, the upper back, neck head and face are slowly massaged to ease away tension.This is a must for all computer workers!

Hopi Ear Candling  
Hopi ear candling creates a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. Particularly helpful for ear conditions such as tinnitus, mennieres disease and compacted ear wax. Also helpful for balance and sinus problems
