Equally as impressive the second time around. This time I went back for a partial beard transplant, arrived and was greeted warmly along with two techs and Dr. Ahmad Moussa, having used Dr. Moussa before I wanted him to perform my second surgery. He's very open, willing to work with you at every turn, and won't make anything happen until you as the patient are happy with it. I find he really goes above and beyond and can you ask for anything more? Two techs were wonderful, caring, and looked after me well. Jake was the guy from the start to the finish line. Set up, reminders, payment, aftercare, simply fantastic what he does within the company. Highly recommend the whole process, company, and premises. Hope they make many more people happy. From the first consultation and conversation with Karl, I felt at ease with Now Hair. I had spoken to quite a few other clinics but Karl really put me at ease and was very knowledgeable, and he didn’t pressure me at all. The day of surgery was a good experience, too. The team were very professional and patient with me, particularly given that I have a bad back, which meant I had to keep stopping for short breaks. The most outstanding part of the whole experience was the after-care with the nurse. Kerry is a lovely lady and exceptionally caring and knowledgeable. It made all the difference to me having someone in touch daily after surgery to reassure me that I was doing everything right. Five stars from me.
