These guys did a really lovely job with my operation, the surgeon and technicians were so calm and reassuring as well as helpful and supportive! Felt like they really took their time and wanted to do their job as accurately and precise as possible, which I really appreciated. I can not stress enough how fantastic this clinic is. When I came for a consultation I found it extremely informative and didn't feel pressured to go forward with any of the treatments and that certainly helped in making my decision to come here. I have been to other clinics and it felt more like a sales pitch than them trying to do what's best for me, this was not the case with Juvida. When I arrived at the clinic my doctor sat down with me and we discussed how my hairline should look to best suit my face shape. After this, I was taken through to the surgery where I was made to feel extremely comfortable (I even got to watch Netflix throughout most of my treatment). The doctor and the hair techs were so knowledgeable and caring, from the moment I met them I knew I was in safe hands and these people were professionals with plenty of experience. They reassured me throughout the day and that made it go so much easier for me. 12 months on and my hairline is through and I am so happy with the results.
