I arrived at my appointment flustered and late. Ruth was very kind and understanding and put me at ease straight away. I had some skin tags removed whilst we chatted comfortably and I can honestly say the session was pleasant and relaxing. The reception room and the treatment room were bright clean and stylish. I can’t imagine how the whole experience including the actual treatment could have been improved upon. Top marks from me!

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.

From day one, Sat was reassuring and supportive. Once he’d explained exactly why my hair was thinning (first time anyone had), I understood how the various treatments could work. I’ve had 30 minutes under a laser each week and also used the Re-stim drops, shampoo, and conditioner and also taken vitamin tablets. After 12 months, my hair is now not only much thicker but in better condition than it was before I started. The option to pay in instalments is there and I would definitely recommend for others try if they’re concerned about their hair loss.
