Staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was always accompanied by a dedicated translator throughout my journey, and everyone (medical consultant, translators, technicians, doctors, media team, taxi drivers, etc) made me feel looked after and were brilliant at their job. I actually had a great time with them!

Equipment and installations were modern, very clean and comfortable. Their corridors reminded me to those on spaceship!

After some research, I decided to contact them, and from the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. My consultant, Tolga, provided me with comprehensive information and took the time to discuss everything thoroughly with me. Tolga was available at any time of day and offered support and advice. All my questions were answered expertly, which made me feel confident from the start. So, I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I had my appointment at the beginning of this year, and I am absolutely thrilled. From the airport pickup to the stay in a 5-star hotel and the treatment itself at the clinic, everything was fantastic. The clinic is truly modern, clean, and welcoming.The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they even provide an interpreter if needed. The transplant itself went very well, and the work done was excellent. I was also very pleased with the aftercare following the surgery; they provide personalized advice on aftercare products. The follow-up care via WhatsApp is also absolutely fantastic. My consultant, Merve, takes wonderful care of me, giving me clear instructions on the next steps and sending me reminders for the necessary care routines.

Hi, my overall experience so far has been good.
Too soon to say if the transplant was successful with regard to the new grafts.

Also, since returning to the UK, post-care has been very good via WhatsApp with Merve. Very quick to respond and very helpful.

I was very impressed with how organised the transportation was from the airport, to the hotel and to the clinic. The staff were very knowledgeable and everything was well-coordinated. I received my hair transplant two weeks ago and was very pleased with the experience.

The doctor who explained the procedure was extremely thorough and answered all my questions and reassured me of any worries I had. During the procedure, the doctors and nurses with me were brilliant and made sure I was ok throughout. The aftercare is brilliant as well. The day after I got back home, I got a message from my post op consultant, called Merve, and she's been brilliant answering all my questions and checking up on me to make sure my recovery has been going fine.
Overall, it was a brilliant experience, and I would recommend anyone to use Vera Clinic because the level of care and professionalism is 2nd to none!
