Vera Clinic

Went to Vera Clinic for a hair transplant last week; currently in the healing phase, but so far everything looks great! Facilities at the clinic are top-class and very clean. Staff at the clinic were also very helpful and kind. Everything was scheduled well in advance, such as the airport transfer and the clinic to and from the hotel.
From the post-operation department, Merve has been super helpful and has answered all of my questions right away. Looking forward to seeing my full results!

My experience from the get-go was very professional and comforting. It began with the initial consultation, where I communicated back and forth with a member of their team to understand my current hair pattern loss and proposed restoration plan.

Once I received a plan that was to my liking, the booking was made, and Vera took care of the hotel and transportation. When I arrived in Turkey, Vera picked me up from the airport and took me to the 5-star hotel they booked (Elite World Asia).

The day after, they picked me up and took me to the clinic. The location was amazing, super clean, and you could tell they spared no expense to make the place comforting. I was seamlessly guided through the various appointments until I wrapped up the day with surgery.

The surgery itself was painless, albeit a little uncomfortable (unavoidable that you would have to lie down in fixed positions for an extended period of time). The day after, I returned to do my first hair wash and oxycure. The day after that, I was on my way home.

When I decided to go for a hair transplant procedure, the toughest question I faced was, "Which clinic is the right one?" After some research, I had shortlisted two; one of them was Vera Clinic. After making contact with both clinics, it easily became clear that Vera would be best. Now, after having the procedure, I'm even more convinced that I couldn't have found a better clinic than Vera.

The transfer service was great; the facilities are top-notch. I couldn't expect better than that!

The staff were all professional and did their best to make the experience good; especially the doctor who did the incisions/channeling for me. I don't recall his name, but a shout-out to him!

We had initially discussed 4700-5175 grafts, but eventually they managed to harvest 5400, which was something I hoped for, and I'm happy they actually listened to me and did their best to meet my requirements.

Can't speak of the results yet, as I had it just a few days ago!

Perfect experience. The doctor was patient, cooperative and understanding. All staff, nurses, and interpreters were excellent, kind, friendly and professional. Follow-up is prompt, accurate and fast. Waiting for the results.

Vera Clinic done a fantastic job with my hair transplant. My hairline was always something I was insecure about, so I’m really happy with the experience I had.

From the moment I entered my details online, they reached out to me through WhatsApp and were very helpful throughout the whole process. I went with the cheaper option they offered, but honestly, it still felt like I had a premium deal.

The fee didn’t just cover the transplant — it also included my hotel stay, airport pick-up, and a discount towards my flight. Everything was very well organised, and the staff were extremely professional.

I’d especially like to mention Merve and Melisa, who were both lovely and very helpful throughout the process. Melisa in particular was brilliant and always made sure I had the information I needed. She was very responsive, patient with all my questions, and made the whole experience feel much easier and more comfortable.
