I had my hair transplant at Vera Clinic about 4 months ago, and so far everything has been progressing very well. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience and results so far.

The service throughout the process was very good, and the facility was clean, modern, and professional. The airport pickup and drop-off arrangements were smooth and well-organised, which made the trip much easier and stress-free.

A special thanks to Merve Tolu for the support and communication throughout the process. She was very helpful, responsive, and made the overall experience comfortable and organized.

The follow-up and aftercare support have also been very good. The team regularly checks in on my progress and responds to questions, which I appreciated during the recovery process.

It’s still early in the journey, but after 4 months I’m happy with how things are progressing and looking forward to the continued results.

One thing I really appreciated was when I had some immigration problems while coming back from Istanbul. I messaged the clinic, and they were ready to help immediately. They even told me that if I missed my flight, they would arrange pickup support again, which I really did not expect. That level of care made me feel very safe and supported.

The clinic was very clean, modern and professional. The doctors and technicians explained everything properly and made me feel comfortable during the procedure.

After six months, I had my transplant at the Vera clinic in November 2025. I could see the difference after six months. My new hair is still growing, and I am expecting to see more density with time. Really happy with the journey and this transformation.

I had a great experience (apart from the syringes — bloody syringes, haha).
As others recommended, I did my research. I got quotes and information from places like Vera Clinic, and everything pointed to this clinic. I decided to go for it, and they helped me throughout the entire journey while I was in Turkey. I'm still in the post care phase, so we'll see how that will go.

Clinic was super clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the doctor when I was introduced to products and the male translator who was assigned to me.

The two things that bothered me though:
- finding my taxi when leaving the airport (building) exit-13 that wasn't smooth sailing for me
- post care products should've been told in details before the procedure (price and general details). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go for them at that time.

I visited the Vera Clinic in Istanbul in October for both a hair transplant and dental work. For the past six years, I had been cautious about my teeth due to gaps and discolouration, and I wanted to boost my confidence. At the same time, as I approached 30, I was experiencing hair loss, so I decided it was time for a transplant.

In the months leading up to my visit, I conducted extensive research on different clinics, as I was very anxious. However, after reading other reviews and speaking with the medical team at Vera Clinic, who patiently answered all my questions, I felt reassured. I was assigned a dedicated medical advisor, Mukremin, who gave me immense confidence. He was available day or night, answering every query, and stayed in touch with me for three months before my trip. They provided a detailed medical plan for both my teeth and hair, which was incredibly professional and built so much trust.

I travelled to Istanbul in October and stayed at the Elite Hotel, a fantastic five-star accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP. The clinic organised luxury transport from the airport and hotel. The staff, medical advisors, interpreters, and the entire team were outstanding. I especially want to thank Dr. Mumin, my dentist, who was incredibly fantastic. He gave me my perfect smile—one that has brought me so much confidence. When he was treating me, the entire process was pain-free.

He was so attentive, making sure I was happy and confident every step of the way. After all my treatments, I was assigned a medical consultant, Merve, who has been my rock—keeping me updated on my progress, answering every post-procedure question, and ensuring I had all the support I needed. The clinic itself was just beautiful—so comfortable and a fantastic experience overall. I truly cannot fault the service or the care. Vera Clinic has changed my life, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional support.

Had my Transplant 22-4-2026. It was a seamless surgery. Kerem was my translator, and the service from all the staff, from the blood checks to the ECG to the surgery, was first class.

The aftercare has been good so far so hopefully that continues. I would 100% recommend Vera as they have been fantastic from start to finish.

After 6 months of having undergone a procedure with Vera Clinic, I am very happy with the results; I must highlight the professionalism of all the staff, the clarity of the information and the customer service.

I’ve been dealing with hair loss & thinning for several years. I tried medications and solutions to try to fix the problem and while they did slow down the process, it didn’t work to a level I was happy with.
