I went to Clinic Wise for my BBL my surgeon was Dr Ersin Gonullu, My experience from start to finish was fantastic. My wonderful coordinator Cleo arranged everything for me I just had to book my flight, Nothing was any trouble no matter the time of day or night, She was so reassuring and warm and friendly immediately got very comfortable communicating with her. The Hotel was great spotless clean. The drivers the assistants were all wonderful and so helpful. I cannot find one fault in my whole experience. Dr Ersins two private nurses are also very gentle welcoming and sweet and all had impeccable English I will finish up by saying Dr Ersin is a wonderful surgeon his detail to care is without fail, He listens intently to his patients gives realistic expectations and is extremely skilled and safe which is why I chose him above all the other hundreds of surgeons in Istanbul, I just knew he was kind caring extremely professional and very charming also! I will be returning next year to him and his team to continue my surgery journey!

(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.

This was my second FUE treatment, first was before COVID and with a different company, and Transes was certainly superior. Hotel right by the clinic, friendly staff, interpreter always present, comfortable hospital, physicians were excellent! I had 4,000 grafts, was in first thing and finished at 2pm. Felt really well looked after and aftercare, vitamins, antibiotics, painkillers, shampoos, all sorted. Even managed a trip to the mall in Istanbul the day after. Thank you Transes.
