Being a Norwood 6 with advanced baldness, I was scheduled for 3,500–4,000 grafts using the DHI method, covering the front hairline up to the beginning of the crown, leaving a three-finger-wide area to be addressed in a future session. I also opted for the Celebrity Package, which included exosome therapy.
To my surprise, after the surgery, I was amazed to learn that everything—including the three-finger-wide area—had been covered, totaling 5,015 grafts. I was informed that I had an excellent donor area with good skin quality, allowing them to extract additional grafts, even using some from my beard under the chin. Deep down, I had always believed I had a strong donor area, and this confirmation was reassuring.
I made it a point to treat everyone at the clinic with kindness and respect, knowing that positive energy enhances the experience for everyone. In return, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude.
I never pushed for full coverage initially and accepted the circumstances, but Dr. Cinik’s clinic, in my opinion, takes a cautious and honest approach, avoiding empty promises or overestimation. Fortunately, they had a pleasant surprise in store for me, given the right circumstances.
I chose the most comprehensive package, with no regrets about my investment in the future, as I wanted to do everything in my power for the best results. I’m incredibly thankful for the entire team—including the transportation staff—who were professional and kind. Now, by following the post-op protocol with good faith, my journey has had an excellent start
