I had a hair transplant at Iconica Clinic with Dr Ismail, and his experience really shines through from the moment I spoke to him. During my initial consultation, I was quite hesitant about going ahead with the procedure—I wasn't sure about the results or how much pain would be involved. However, Dr Ismail explained everything in detail and put me completely at ease about the whole process.

On the day of the procedure, Dr Ismail walked me through everything and made certain I was comfortable before we started. He then handed me over to his team, an exceptionally skilled team that looked after me throughout. Their professionalism and care made the entire experience remarkably smooth and comfortable. Whilst I did experience some intense pain during the anaesthetic injections, they ensured I remained comfortable and pain-free throughout the rest of the procedure, keeping me informed every step of the way.

The procedure lasted about 8 hours, with me under local anaesthetic the entire time. They provided comprehensive post-operative care instructions and have been readily available to answer any questions or concerns since. Overall, my experience with Dr Ismail and his team has been exceptional. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see the results over the coming months.

I have to say from start to finish of my DHI package, these guys are brilliant, with Bora especially, the contact right through the whole process in their very clean clinic, Dr Ismail's professional consulting and supervision of the actual procedure and the team of Dr Mustafa and nurses. They work extremely hard to make the operation as painless and smooth as possible, of course there's pain, it's a major operation, but the aftercare and advice is invaluable, genuinely I'm very happy I choose Iconica after plenty of research and reading reviews online etc, they look after everything involved, you literally just have to show up and of course pay! but their prices are very reasonable and don't really reflect the amount of attention you receive, they also offer some very advanced optional extras without a hard sell. Since the beginning, Bora was very professional, providing all information and giving me fully supporting me, organising a smooth and comfortable airport pickup and hosting me in a nice hotel.
The medical team is well prepared, supportive and highly professional. They provide the exact implant you need, independent of the graft quantity you agreed on. In my case, they implanted 5200 grafts. A quantity beyond what they promise at first.

I am absolutely happy with the results I achieved at Iconica International Clinic. Mr Bora answered all my questions and gave me the best price for my hair transplant procedures. They transplanted 4100 grafts to restore the frontal and top sections of my hair.
