I would give this review more than 5 stars if I could. The whole experience was so well organised and professional from landing to the operation day and all the way through to departure. I was worried about the procedure at first, but my mind was put at ease after meeting the doctors who welcomed me and made me very comfortable throughout the whole process. The aftercare was explained to me, and I was provided with the right advice and aftercare essentials to ensure a successful transplant. I have to say from start to finish of my DHI package, these guys are brilliant, with Bora especially, the contact right through the whole process in their very clean clinic, Dr Ismail's professional consulting and supervision of the actual procedure and the team of Dr Mustafa and nurses. They work extremely hard to make the operation as painless and smooth as possible, of course there's pain, it's a major operation, but the aftercare and advice is invaluable, genuinely I'm very happy I choose Iconica after plenty of research and reading reviews online etc, they look after everything involved, you literally just have to show up and of course pay! but their prices are very reasonable and don't really reflect the amount of attention you receive, they also offer some very advanced optional extras without a hard sell. Since the beginning, Bora was very professional, providing all information and giving me fully supporting me, organising a smooth and comfortable airport pickup and hosting me in a nice hotel.
The medical team is well prepared, supportive and highly professional. They provide the exact implant you need, independent of the graft quantity you agreed on. In my case, they implanted 5200 grafts. A quantity beyond what they promise at first.

I am absolutely happy with the results I achieved at Iconica International Clinic. Mr Bora answered all my questions and gave me the best price for my hair transplant procedures. They transplanted 4100 grafts to restore the frontal and top sections of my hair.

Hello everyone, my name is Robbie. I’m 45 years old and I came from England to have my second hair transplant session here.

Let me briefly tell you about my experience. I came across the clinic through a social media advertisement. The clinic coordinator, Bora, contacted me and after analyzing my photos, he told me that I was suitable for a general density hair transplant of 3,500 grafts.

After I sent my flight ticket, they confirmed my appointment via WhatsApp.

When I arrived at Istanbul Airport, the driver was already waiting for me. He took me to a five-star hotel and told me to rest. Bora informed me to be ready at 8:30 in the morning after breakfast.

When I arrived at the hospital, I saw that it was truly a hospital environment. During the consultation, they adjusted my frontal hairline, then took my blood samples. After completing the registration and payment procedures, the operation began. It lasted about six hours, and a total of 3,950 grafts were transplanted.

Even though they transplanted more than planned, I didn’t pay any extra fee. Everything that was promised in the package was delivered exactly as stated. They even showed me the Plazma procedure at the end of the operation. The team was very friendly and professional.

I had my second session done using the DHI method. The next day, they brought me back to the hospital for dressing and washing instructions. After receiving my shampoo set, they dropped me off at the airport.

I want to thank everyone for everything. Coordinator Bora was extremely kind and delivered exactly what he promised on WhatsApp. The main doctor, Dr. Ismail, personally came to check if I needed anything and supervised both the other doctors and the entire procedure.
