I recently had my hair transplant done with Este Nove clinic. I have to emphasize that the process was nothing but amazing from the beginning to end of the procedure. I sincerely want to thank to the entire staff who arrange this to happened, starting with Zoe, the translators Ilayda and her male colleague translator, Dr. Zafar and registered nurses who are working with him and the other staff members who arranged the transportation from the airport to the hotel. As well as the post op staff who does the follow every second day. Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional and answers all your questions regarding the post operation questions you might have. I booked to visit Mcan in March and was thoroughly pleased with the consultation pre-surgery and results in post-surgery seem good. However, it is only 2 weeks after the operation and full results aren't expected for another 9-12 months. The help and advice were given to me before booking was excellent. The clinic itself was lovely, very clean, modern and had a family feel to it. It is situated in the Levent area of Istanbul which is very nice. One area for improvement is the hotel, Troya. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself isn't great. The rooms are small. The walls are too thin and the decor needs updating. They were refurbishing the rooftop terrace when I stayed so maybe the rooms are next. The doctor at Mcan is lovely and her team are very efficient and friendly. Good English have been spoken all around. Would recommend. Thanks!
