Pure Line was recommended to me by a friend from the gym who was very satisfied with his hair treatment almost 2 years ago and I was able to see for myself the good cosmetic results in the gym. I am very satisfied with the way my treatment went two weeks ago. I now hope that the healing continues to go well and that I am equally satisfied with the result. The follow-up care via WhatsApp is also committed and appears competent. Everything's good so far. Selim is a great guy!

I had an appointment for my hair transplant (receding hairline) at the end of March 2023. If you had any questions, you could contact us on WhatsApp. The package (treatment + hotel + transfer) were fully organised. I had to book the flight myself, but that wasn't a problem at all. It was very difficult for me to find a suitable, reputable and reliable clinic because there are so many providers at different prices. But I would use the Pure Line Clinic again at any time and can really recommend it to everyone. The organisation was TOP, the transfers were always on time. There were no problems whatsoever during the entire stay. The clinic is ultra-modern, stylish and the staff are all very friendly. During the treatment there was always a short break during which you got something to drink and a piece of cake and there was even lunch at midday. Since it was very early on the day of my treatment and there was no breakfast at my hotel, I got a small breakfast at the clinic. The head physician and some medical assistants speak good English. If communication doesn't quite work during the treatment, someone comes immediately to translate (The head doctor doesn't do the treatment himself, but all the employees are very competent in what they do). You can always speak up if something is unpleasant etc. The only really unpleasant thing are the injections you get into the scalp. But anyone can grit their teeth for 2 minutes...After the treatment I had no pain or bleeding. You really have to stick to the rules for the perfect result. You have to take the tablets you are given as they are explained to you. Washing your hair for the first time, caring for it, etc. also really needs to be adhered to. Otherwise you don't have to be surprised if it doesn't turn out the way you imagined. After 5 months I already had so much hair in the transplanted area that someone who didn't know couldn't notice any big differences. After almost a year I have so much hair and I'm so happy. Since the treatment I haven't worn a hat because I can now wear any hairstyle. I am incredibly happy and proud to have taken this step. You become a new, more beautiful person! I have transplanted 4000 grafts
I was so scared at first, that I searched for many months and Based on the results of the natural front hairline I decided to go with Pure Line Clinic.

I sent my pictures, and after the initial assessment via WhatsApp, I came to the clinic for the final assessment and did the hair transplant the same day.

Dr. Mesut is not just a brilliant Doctor. A humble and friendly person who is going to give a realistic solution. I talked to Dr. Mesut about how many grafts I could transplant in total for my first operation and he gave me the best strategy to cover my scalp ( the front, the middle and the crown). I showed him a photo of how to design my hairline based on that and he took time to design it n perfectly.

Some concerns I read in other comments:
- the transplanted hair will fall after 2 months and will regrow. For full results, we need to wait for 12 months.

- The anaesthesia part is really painful from 1-10, it’s 5 and sometimes 6 but it only lasts for 4 minutes max and they do it once for the donor area and then another for the transplanting area.

Now I have to wait, 6-12 months to see the final results

When it came to deciding on which clinic to get my surgery done, I researched different clinics and came across Pure Line Clinic. After reading reviews from Google, Hair Restoration Network and other social media platforms I decided to choose them as they have a great reputation.

During my time at the clinic, Dr Mesut and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and helpful in order to make the experience stress-free. Selim(whom I first made contact with) was extremely helpful with organising my trip for me and also answered any questions that I had about the surgery or general questions. Selim was quick to respond and able to provide help and support whenever it was needed. Any nerves that I had were soon removed once I got into the clinic thanks to the kind staff and professional service that they provided. I was concerned that the surgery would be painful, however, the anaesthesia made it pain-free and the whole experience was relaxing. I look forward to seeing my results in the future.

I had the transplant in January 2023, a more than satisfactory and positive experience, maximum organisation, Selim was very helpful, a 5-star hotel, a very clean clinic. They were very helpful with me enough to let me stay a few days longer to treat a small dermatitis and then perform the surgery at no extra cost. I am very happy with the result and will be returning in 2024 to treat the vertex area.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, unbelievably organised and professional and one of the cleanest and friendliest hospitals I have visited around the world.

I was supposed to write a review shortly after I had my procedure, but I decided to wait for the final results and maybe even my second session which I am looking forward to. As it doesn't look like I will be doing it anytime soon, I will leave my review now (2 years after the procedure).

The team was incredible. Very polite and understanding. I've got a massive phobia from needles, blood tests, etc, and they helped me get it together and put me at ease, even as an adult. Dr Mesut was a massive contributor, if it wasn't for Dr.Mesut , I would have never went through with the procedure and can't even imagine getting it done anywhere else. They are very patient. I don't know if it's different for each person, but the procedure was completely painless. The driver was very polite, the hotel was beautiful, and Turkey was a wonderful country.

Am I happy with the results? I was advised that I will need a second session before my procedure, so for what my hair was and what it is now, I am very happy, and plan on doing another session.

Service was unbelievable from start to finish. Picked up from the airport in luxury and taken to our fantastic hotel where the staff could not do enough for you. Everybody at Pure Line Clinic made you feel at ease and comfortable all the way through and nothing was a problem.

During the procedure, you are reassured throughout and the facilities are spectacular. When the procedure is finished they give you a lovely meal and don’t rush to get you out and back to the hotel. They let you take your time and relax until you are ready. The aftercare received is absolutely brilliant. The products they give you are also amazing and they are included in your package. When I returned home we kept in touch via Whatsapp and nothing was a bother to them.

Again being ever so reassuring and always having time to answer any questions I had. Now 18 months on I am absolutely over the moon with the end result and I’ve had nothing but compliments. Would highly recommend.

Short version: these guys are the best, go for it.

Longer version: For better or worse, this is my second procedure (the first time was with another provider). Between that, and the fact that I did a lot of research (met with 5-6 providers over a couple years) before even the first procedure, I have a lot of context.

Pure Line Clinic team really care. It's evident in the small things.

One, Dr.Demir and specialist Canan spent a great deal of time at the outset making sure we got our goals just right. It wasn't even just to please me, though that was clearly important. I could tell he takes deep pride in his work and that it mattered to him personally that the outcome would be a great one. This was in contrast to my first procedure, which in retrospect felt a bit procedural and somewhat rushed.

Two, I liked that Dr. Demir listened but also had an opinion. I think the best provider in these situations is someone who can marry what the client wants with their judgment.

Three, the clinic gives you everything you need to minimise the post-procedure hassle: medication, pads, sprays, even a neck pillow. It's a small but significant element of care.

Four, everyone is a professional. Everyone on the staff was professional and friendly. They've all been doing this a long time. They explained things in a way that was very clear and crisp. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them personally, but I'm sure they'll understand that I was a bit out of it. (I barely remember what movies I watched.)

Five, Selim was a great communicator. We had to reschedule a number of times due to my challenging schedule, and he was always gracious.

At one point it clicked for me: these guys are artisans, others are industrialists. They really care, and I imagine they'll turn down business if it doesn't feel like the right fit. Other clinics feel like a factory: they're just waiting for you sign.

If you're going to take this step, do it right. It's not cheap in any scenario, and it's quite a lot of personal sacrifice and pain. Make sure to go with the best. Otherwise, why bother?

I underwent my hair transplant in November 2022 in Istanbul after a chat/consultation with Selim

Selim was great at getting me in for the procedure and fitting around my work commitments and recovery time needed after. I only waited 4 weeks from booking the transplant to having it done.

All my questions and concerns were spoken about beforehand as I was naturally nervous.

On the day the procedure took about half a day and the staff were professional and put me at ease throughout.

The procedure itself was absolutely painless although the injections to numb the head were uncomfortable but nothing extreme.

I’m now nearly 10 months post transplant and I am absolutely chuffed with my hair. I wanted to wait a while before posting anything so I could see the results. I now have a really naturally looking hairline at the front and it’s given me confidence in the way my hair looks again. Everyone comments on how great it looks! I honestly wish I had done it sooner.

Selim has always been on hand before and 12months after the procedure to answer any questions including what to be using on my head to maximize results.
