Amazing experience from the moment I landed, everything went smoothly. Really professional the way everything is arranged, good communication always on time. 100/100 TOP!! This was my 3rd hair transplant. I went to a much more popular clinic for my first one, same price, but the difference is huge.

I had my hair transplant 6 months ago and I’m super happy with the results. I found Pure Line Clinic while I was researching in some Facebook groups. After talking with a few ppl who had their procedures done there, I was convinced to go with them. Selim was amazing thru the whole process. He made me feel a lot less anxious about everything. I wanted to wait and see the results of the hair transplant before writing an honest review. I want to start off by saying the experience was exceptional. Everything went smoothly from the time I arrived at the airport, till I departed Istanbul.

The staff at the clinic were extremely friendly and helpful. I am 10 months post-surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am having an amazing experience since the first contact with the Selim. Selim messaged me via WhatsApp to give me all information about the process, as well as accommodation and transfer. He was amazing and very helpful. The clinic is fantastic and the member of staff completely prepared to help you anytime. They work 24/7 and have translators. For my surprise, Pelin contacted me after the surgery via Whats App to provide all support post-op, where I can send pictures, videos and ask anything. She is been amazing and I feel very comfortable with her support, which is really important. It is a 5-star clinic and I am glad that I choose Pure line clinic.

Pure Line was recommended to me by a friend from the gym who was very satisfied with his hair treatment almost 2 years ago and I was able to see for myself the good cosmetic results in the gym. I am very satisfied with the way my treatment went two weeks ago. I now hope that the healing continues to go well and that I am equally satisfied with the result. I had an appointment for my hair transplant (receding hairline) at the end of March 2023. If you had any questions, you could contact us on WhatsApp. The package (treatment + hotel + transfer) were fully organised. I had to book the flight myself, but that wasn't a problem at all. It was very difficult for me to find a suitable, reputable and reliable clinic because there are so many providers at different prices. But I would use the Pure Line Clinic again at any time and can really recommend it to everyone. The organisation was TOP, the transfers were always on time. There were no problems whatsoever during the entire stay. The clinic is ultra-modern, stylish and the staff are all very friendly. During the treatment there was always a short break during which you got something to drink and a piece of cake and there was even lunch at midday. Since it was very early on the day of my treatment and there was no breakfast at my hotel, I got a small breakfast at the clinic. The head physician and some medical assistants speak good English. If communication doesn't quite work during the treatment, someone comes immediately to translate (The head doctor doesn't do the treatment himself, but all the employees are very competent in what they do). You can always speak up if something is unpleasant etc. The only really unpleasant thing are the injections you get into the scalp. But anyone can grit their teeth for 2 minutes...After the treatment I had no pain or bleeding. You really have to stick to the rules for the perfect result. You have to take the tablets you are given as they are explained to you. Washing your hair for the first time, caring for it, etc. also really needs to be adhered to. Otherwise you don't have to be surprised if it doesn't turn out the way you imagined. After 5 months I already had so much hair in the transplanted area that someone who didn't know couldn't notice any big differences. After almost a year I have so much hair and I'm so happy. Since the treatment I haven't worn a hat because I can now wear any hairstyle. I am incredibly happy and proud to have taken this step. You become a new, more beautiful person! Guys, this hair transplant was the best medical experience I’ve ever had. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.
I have transplanted 4000 grafts
I was so scared at first, that I searched for many months and Based on the results of the natural front hairline I decided to go with Pure Line Clinic.

I sent my pictures, and after the initial assessment via WhatsApp, I came to the clinic for the final assessment and did the hair transplant the same day.

Dr. Mesut is not just a brilliant Doctor. A humble and friendly person who is going to give a realistic solution. I talked to Dr. Mesut about how many grafts I could transplant in total for my first operation and he gave me the best strategy to cover my scalp ( the front, the middle and the crown). I showed him a photo of how to design my hairline based on that and he took time to design it n perfectly.

Some concerns I read in other comments:
- the transplanted hair will fall after 2 months and will regrow. For full results, we need to wait for 12 months.

- The anaesthesia part is really painful from 1-10, it’s 5 and sometimes 6 but it only lasts for 4 minutes max and they do it once for the donor area and then another for the transplanting area.

Now I have to wait, 6-12 months to see the final results

When it came to deciding on which clinic to get my surgery done, I researched different clinics and came across Pure Line Clinic. After reading reviews from Google, Hair Restoration Network and other social media platforms I decided to choose them as they have a great reputation.

During my time at the clinic, Dr Mesut and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and helpful in order to make the experience stress-free. Selim(whom I first made contact with) was extremely helpful with organising my trip for me and also answered any questions that I had about the surgery or general questions. Selim was quick to respond and able to provide help and support whenever it was needed. Any nerves that I had were soon removed once I got into the clinic thanks to the kind staff and professional service that they provided. I was concerned that the surgery would be painful, however, the anaesthesia made it pain-free and the whole experience was relaxing. I look forward to seeing my results in the future.

I had the transplant in January 2023, a more than satisfactory and positive experience, maximum organisation, Selim was very helpful, a 5-star hotel, a very clean clinic. They were very helpful with me enough to let me stay a few days longer to treat a small dermatitis and then perform the surgery at no extra cost. I am very happy with the result and will be returning in 2024 to treat the vertex area.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, unbelievably organised and professional and one of the cleanest and friendliest hospitals I have visited around the world.

From the first interaction with Dr.Mesut Demir he made me feel well informed and so easy to communicate with as he is super lovely. Selim has been my translator throughout the whole process in Turkey arranging my driver pick ups from the hotel and introducing me to surgeon team. Selim has not only been my translator he has become more like a friend who has gone above and beyond for my treatment.
