My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.

Kellie is the ultimate Laser goddess! When I first went to Kellie I had quite thin skin (especially around my eyes), red capillaries and dark spots ( sun lover). My neck was also displaying some loose skin which I was not loving, and in honesty, I wasn't sure of what could be done. I had been told by other people that a facelift was the only thing that could fix the fine, loose wrinkled skin near my eyes. This option was not for me. Fortunately, after consultation with Kellie, it turns out they were incorrect! After completing a subderm package through Kellie I can honestly say my skin is amazing. The spots have faded, capillaries have disappeared, my skin has tightened all over including my neck. I look back on my skin before this and how much more confident I feel in myself now. I am actually amazed that it was achievable in such a short time and without surgical intervention, to be honest. In my own personal experience, the subderm was well worthwhile and it continues to build collagen and work its magic over time. The compliments I receive are really just a bonus to my own happiness. I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.
