I always receive the most professional care at this clinic. Each treatment is explained thoroughly and I feel confident with Julie doing them and of course the results! Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

Following a free consultation with Dr. Dhobb, I booked a laser treatment session for the red veins on my face. It was not particularly pleasant, but the doctor and his assistant were very gentle and reassuring, and I am totally thrilled with the result. He spent a long time carefully zapping every offending vein, and I was most impressed with his patience and experience. The results have been immediate, exciting, and of great value. I have had no ill after-effects and I would certainly return here for any further vein work.

I came here to remove Milia, I did Milia seed removal treatment to remove Milia. I’ve only had first treatments but the results are already visible. It’s hurt a little but it’s still okay and everything is very satisfying, the service, the doctor, the staff, and the place make us comfortable.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

Dr Berry and his team are exceptional and they do really care about their patients! I agreed with the reviews that the clinic has a fair price for the treatments offered. My Wife attended 2 weeks ago to have several small moles removed from her face and neck. She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I would not hesitate in recommending this place, so helpful, polite and obliging. 5 stars off us *****.

Great clinic and very informative. They will give you advice and tell you the possible results/side effects but leave you the choice to decide what you want to do unlike clinics with very cheap treatments. Great doctor and nurse!

I had several skin tags removed a couple of weeks ago. I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌
