Emma is incredible at what she does and very friendly. I have been going to Emma for facials for the last 12 months, and more recently neck and back massages. She really is one of the best. I have been a client at 3 other local therapists over the years, and Emma outshines them all. She very quickly gets to know her client. If you want to talk or be quiet, she respects your decision. The room is set up perfectly, setting the right atmosphere. She apologises if there is a hiccup... and these are very rare (maybe a dropped lid, e.g.).
