I came for my monthly maintenance and tried the polynucleotide for the first time and the result was great. I was reluctant at first because I didn’t want the pain of the needle but she carefully put the numbing cream and voila! No more pain. That night, I saw immediately the result, my under eye puffiness and wrinkle has improved. It wasn’t as obvious as before would you believe! This is an amazing clinic. Dr. Chow was very precise, thorough and honest with my folliculitis barbae diagnosis. He accurately predicted how many laser treatments I needed and the approximate results after each session. After tens of thousands of dollars spent at other clinics and medications and creams for this condition, this specific schedule of treatment ended up to be the one that actually worked. My laser therapist Michelle was also very skilful and knowledgeable at using the laser technology and always ensured immediate followup the next day on the results of the treatments and skincare aftercare afterwards. I would recommend this clinic for its excellent service and expertise.

To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing similar assistance.

The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. I Googled a dermatologist that deals with removal of skin tags. I chose Dr Pattichis as she had good reviews & had a kind face. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.
