I just done my surgery, still between my recovery time but have nothing to say negative because don’t remember when was the last time I’ve seen professionalism as they are. Seen within a few minutes of arriving by DR. D Troshev. I needed a small eye procedure, YAG laser. Which was done there and then! Both my husband and myself were overwhelmed by the professional staff and the team. We will be using this clinic again!

PRELEX or presbyopic lens exchange is non-laser surgery during which a multifocal optical element (multifocal intraocular lens) is permanently implanted in the eye. The multifocal intraocular lens replaces the original human lens whose dioptric value and ability to focus did not correspond to the dioptric condition of the eye and to the needs of the patient. PRELEX is a method suitable for patients over 40 years of age who would like to see in the distance as well as to see up close without the necessity of using glasses. Quite painlessly, PRELEX is performed in the operating theatre of the outpatient clinic and the surgery takes about 15 minutes. Acrysof ReSTORE multifocal intraocular lenses are produced by Alcon, an American company, and have been approved for use by the European Union and the USFDA. The main advantage of PRELEX is that it is possible to remove any number of diopters through this method. PRELEX is also a preventive treatment - patients after PRELEX are not at risk of cataract and the risk of paroxysmal glaucoma is substantially reduced. I have just had two cataract operations with Gloria and I am very satisfied with the result. As explained by her before the operation my eyesight for distance would improve and indeed it is 100% now. I still do need reading glasses but she told me that as well before. She is very meticulous and has explained the whole procedure very well. Her clinic in Marbella is easy to reach and her assistant Isabella is very helpful. The operation itself was done in Quiron Marbella and I have no complaints about that. My 94-year-old mother recently needed YAG after cataract surgery due to PCO. The treatment was carried out at Westland Medical Centre in Hornchurch and at a very competitive price. The reason I chose Mr Chawla was after researching his client reviews from Hartswood Hospital and found he was highly recommended by all. I can’t speak highly enough about the treatment my mother received and a especially the kindness shown towards her by Mr Chawla and his team. My mother now has 20/20 vision and I would definitely recommend Clearvision Medicare to anyone.
