At first I was hesitant to book the procedures of my 2 sons since I have no first-hand information about the clinic and mainly rely in the reviews online. But from the start of the treatment until the last day everything went smoothly. Thanks to the amazing staff and doctors of Fizikon and specially Inci of PMC. I am truly thankful I came across PMC. Inci made it sure that everything was well taken cared of from hotel bookings, airport pick-up/drop-off and coordination in the clinic. Everything was made easy for us especially since it was our first time to come to Turkey. Highly recommended!

I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

I came in for cardiac ablation. I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses put me at ease. The medical staff were wonderful. My room was spotless. My treatment was first class, food was okay too. All the staff including the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.

Although my LASIK surgery took place way back when in October 2005, I've continued to visit the clinic in the meantime for regular checkups. I have nothing but praise for the whole team, but special commendations need to go to the following people: (1) Arthur Cummings, who has been absolutely helpful from day 1, has a knack of explaining medical things very clearly and looked after me extremely well during the procedure; (2) Ann-Marie Masterson, who is a consummate professional and has taken excellent care of me and always answered my questions during all of the follow-up and periodic checks since the surgery. Having LASIK surgery at the time was costly, and yes, less expensive options existed in other clinics, but I have no regrets about the cost because (1) I knew from the very first day in the clinic that I was in good hands and (2) an investment in one's eye health needs to be a sound one. It was by far the best investment I've ever made and I continue to reap its benefits to this day. Thank you for everything!
