Pricing is very competitive and they made it as comfortable as possibleCallum, UK, 07 03 26

I wish I could recommend this clinic higher than 5*. They were amazing. I flew from the UK for my laser eye procedure. They were very professional, promptly replied to my emails and ensured my experience was perfect. As someone with high astigmatism, I did not know how they could correct my eyes. After 3 weeks, my eyesight is perfect. I would recommend anybody who wants this procedure to use this clinic. Pricing is very competitive, and they made it as comfortable as possible. Thank you

Implantation of Phakic lens Visian ICL from 30000 Kč
This surgical procedure is meant primarily for the correction of a greater degree of short-sightedness and far-sightedness. It is used in cases where a laser surgical procedure would be ineffective or risky. Today, it is also possible, in some cases, to resolve the problem of presbyopia using a phakic multifocal lens. This is an intraocular surgical procedure that we perform only in cases whereby the patient fulfils relatively strict pre-surgery criteria (sufficient density and quality of endothelial cells in the cornea, suitable anatomical requirements, and normal intraocular pressure). During the procedure, we place the implant (phakic lens) inside the eye, into the optical axis while at the same time keeping the natural lens (as opposed to the refractive extraction of the lens). Combining the implanted lens together with the natural lens we achieve the required correction of the dioptre error. At the same time, we maintain accommodation (focusing) of the natural human lens in case of myopia and hyper-myopia in younger individuals or we replace accommodation when resolving presbyopia. Probably the most often used phakic implant is a lens implanted behind the iris, once that copies the frontal surface of the natural lens. This type of lens is known as intraocular contact (Implantable Contact Lens – ICL) and is the only method used in case of correcting presbyopia. Today, this procedure is most commonly performed under local anesthesia once the eye has been desensitised using eye drops. It is also possible to perform this surgery under complete anesthesia. The patient is required to rest after the surgery and to apply the prescribed eye drops. The surgery of the other eye is performed 2 days to two weeks after the first eye depending on the type of implant used and the individual healing ability.
RLE - Refractive Lens Exchange
PRELEX (Presbyopic Lens Exchange) from 29000 Kč
The term PRELEX is used to describe a surgical method whereby we replace the natural lens with an artificial multifocal or EDOF (Extended Depth of Focus) lens. The surgery takes place as part of an outpatient clinic and the operated eye is desensitised using eye drops. At the same time medication dilating the pupil is administered, so that the lens positioned behind the colourful iris, becomes accessible for the surgical procedure. In patients that are very nervous or anxious, it is possible to administer a calming pill. The procedure itself takes about 15 minutes. In some clinics, both eyes are operated on at the same time. At our clinic, we opt to only operate one eye at a time for several reasons. The other eye is operated on within 2 days from the first surgery. The main surgical incision is done through the cornea. Depending on the type of implant, the incision is most commonly 2 to 2.5 mm wide and because of its self-sealing property, there is no need for sutures.
RLE - Refractive Lensectomy from 19500 Kč
RLE (Refractive Lens Exchange) is a general name for a method, whereby a transparent lens (without any signs of cataract) is replaced by an artificial lens (monofocal or multifocal). This method is used in patients with any of the following: short-sightedness, long-sightedness, astigmatism or presbyopia. I found all the staff polite and professionalJack, UK, 10 11 22

The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!
