Mr Hari was very punctual with his phone call. He asked easy questions to answer that made me feel very at ease. He readily answered any of my questions and soon had an explanation for my problem. He then gave me a website to look at so that I fully understood what it was all about. I was concerned beforehand how a telephone appointment would work but I need not have worried.
