I had been completely deaf in one ear for 2 weeks and assumed it was impacted earwax. LucyAnn checked both ears for me and assured me she could sort it out. She was very efficient, gentle and kept me informed about the treatment which wasn't painful or uncomfortable. The first appointment I had was with a different doctor but I was a bit weary with his approach. I needed another opinion and I found Dr Ha for a second opinion. I told Dr. Ha, I wanted a subtle approach to my look. He explained very clearly how he would achieve my look. He is a very nice, intelligent man with good vision. I was completely content with his ideas for my nose. Making sure it would be proportioned to my face. I am scheduled in 3 weeks. Very Excited. Will write the second review after surgery.

I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.
