Excellent service was seen within 5hrs of making query. I have a skin condition that spreads to and blocks the ear I was let down by 2 other clinics as they were not confident in dealing with my condition. However EarwaxDoc had no issue in understanding and clearing my ear which has reduced days of anxiety. Would recommend to anyone.

I managed to get an appointment within a few days and the doctor was very professional and reassuring. I am in the middle of treatment (prescriptions) and am having a follow-up in the next few days. I did work at the hospital when I was younger building the bungalows and maintenance. I never thought I would end up using the hospital, but I must say the staff and Doctors are amazing. I only wish I was in a position to get private insurance as that is the only hospital I would use if I had the choice.

Having had blocked ears for over week was driving me mad was using drops to try and clear them but seemed to be getting worse.
