I've found this Doctor to have so much empathy for his patients, as I've chronic pain. I've chosen him to be my doctor for the past few months, he has looked after me so much, with great care and my pain has settled, also you couldn't have a nicer. Secretary that goes out of her way for you and is so lovely and pleasant to deal with.
I booked a medical for my work and found this practice extremely professional. I called the surgery this morning and managed to book that same morning! The receptionist was friendly and had an excellent telephone manner. Dr Ahmad saw me for my medical and he was both friendly and welcoming. Went to this doctor last night as I was feeling unwell. Amazing service, such a lovely doctor, and it was nice to be seen so quickly and really listened to. Really couldn’t recommend it anymore, as the service was excellent, and I am a nurse myself. The receptionist on duty was so, so nice additionally, which made my trip so easy. I can’t remember the doctor's name; however, I visited him on 14-12-2023 at 9 o'clock at night, and he was so nice and professional. Well done.

I've never felt inclined to review any place, never mind a Dr.'s office, but my experience here was so wonderful I thought others should know. I'm originally from the US, and have had asthma all my life. Throughout my childhood and adolescence, I've consistently been told there was nothing they could do to further help my asthma as I typically don't wheeze and my oxygen levels remain in the healthy range, however, I will have coughing fits so intense I throw up. At one trip to the ER, when I was 19, a doctor tried to tell me I wasn't experiencing an asthma attack (despite my medical history) but anxiety, and try to prescribe me medication. I am used to fighting for treatment and being gaslit by medical professionals. I saw Dr. Louise and cannot express enough how cared for and listened to she made me feel. She was personable and very knowledgeable, showing me a website for the Asthma Society of Ireland and explaining recent research suggesting other medication (which is what I typically used). She even texted me a link explaining how to use this kind of inhaler. The office lady was also amazing as she walked me through how to file claims with my Irish insurance company. In my whole 25 years of life, this is the best care I've received in regards to my asthma and I am so thankful to have been taken seriously and given an effective treatment.
